I can't believe I didn't check this out earlier. I saw your game in an article, but I forgot about it until now. I like the concept so far, along with the nostalgic feeling, and other aspects (THERE'S A DOG!!!). It may just be that I'm obsessed with retro RPG style games, but I'm really looking forward to this. Can't wait for Heartbound to be released!

I get it somewhere it said the disease affect the victim in different ways. The heart is purple like the monster that you see. So my theory is that your infected from it and that how it effected you. Changing what you hear, your vision, heck even you actions. And binder is you self conscious

After watching MPG play the demo I feel the same curiosity I felt when I saw Undertale for the first time. And watching the teasers just makes more excited! I can't wait to see the full extent of what you guys can do!
@@PineNadaImportante I haven't watched that many of the development streams but it seems like the reason they weren't able to work on stuff for such a long time is because Thor had to spend an entire year of recovering after getting the coronavirus. But now they're back at it!

So what I believe is that Lore is fighting with himself and that Baron died before the events of the game, and that he is still trying to cope with the loss. I also believe that he was abused by his mother and supported by his father. This whole game is Lore attempting to cope with the loss of his dog Barron. (Note: I'm probably wrong)
Well since in another game the dog was an "anoying" deus ex-machina, the dog being controlled is a big change in perspective. Also I love dogs so that moment was heartbreaking 🥲

Its super touching and extremely emotional. I guess only dog people will really get the true feeling of this game. What a work of art though. I was verbally abused as a child and by other peers throughout my life and I just stop caring about anything around age 14. I couldn’t feel anything anymore, I couldn’t even cry at my friends funeral after he died in a car accident. But when I played undertale, for the first time in a while I felt feeling again and the raw emotion from that game actually made me cry tears of joy, from the amazing story, and the characters that you could actually relate with. I just hope that this game can do that to me the same way. It is not the big titles in video game that change our lives, but the small underdog creators like you guyS who will continue to inspire the small communities of gamers who take time to enjoy the amount of blood and sweat you guys put into your game. I´m creating one game on Game Maker(The Reconquest of the Throne). It´s about one human kingdom with many villages dominated by monsters. Each village with one different type of monster. The humans are expelled to the mountains. One girl born in the mountains. One ancient talk to she about the history and start the game. I´m doing the sprites but I have all ideias in my head .u.
