Loved the video, thanks! So I pulled the trigger. Taking possession of my 2015 LR2 on Wednesday. Other than good tires, any other things you would like to add to yours? I loved exploring the BC forest access roads when I discovered them! I remember finding my first one, on a weekend road trip, in my old used Mercury Sable that took me all the way from Port Renfrew all the way to Cowichan Lake. What great fun!
Woohoooo🎉🙌 Congrats! That’s exciting! I did tires, a roof rack and tile box plus I converted the interior for camping. I would like to add a 270 degree awning relatively soon so I can camp all year round in comfort even with all the rain here. Exploring the forest roads are what I love to do the most! Never ending adventures:) no longer in bc I assume ? Hopefully still places for you to explore in your new LR2😎
255/55/19? Just ordered some for my 2010. I went up to Cheam last summer with performance tires and didn’t have an issue but I’m looking forward to going back with proper tires this year and checking out other secluded hiking trails accessed by sketchy roads. Edit: Nvm noticed you were running 18s, I’ve got 19s so had to upsize the tire but there is enough clearance, I’ve ran the same size before in Cooper Zeon’s.
Yeah I tried but it was getting too sketchy with the amount of snow and how narrow it got. But super happy with the Toto tires and highly recommend them! Let me know how you like em👍🏼
