What is even more special is that he not "only" made a 147 break but also finished the frame with 155 points which has only happened a few times in the history of snooker.
I really should learn to trust TH-cam... I was holding my breath watching this in case he missed! 🤣

That young boy walking upto him after he got the 147 was sitting beside me , he was showing me his autograph book with all the great signatures in it , hope he's there again in October 2023 with it.

Remember this well......my first ever 147 was at York when Mark made is first 147... madness in the barbican with people shifting over to the table to watch.....I think he played against the journey man Rod Lawler who congratulated him like the pro he is.
That yellow was PURE CLASS.
