I didn't know our judges were so busy correcting English, dress code, hair style, colonial mannerism, god knows what else. Already we have so many pending cases in our country, not sure why these unnecessary distractions are being encouraged. We definitely need a better judiciary

Hindi aur English dono language ka prayog kar sakte ho aap High Courts mei. This advocate tried his argument in English and therefore the judge must've corrected him. Regional language along with English is accepted before the High Courts. English though, is the language of the Supreme Court.

Their is so much rush in the court often judges reprimand lawyers for taking some extra minutes. So in such a scenario it's obvious that a hindi belt lawyer may make a mistake here and there. Also it's easy to judge after listening a person speak but it's very difficult to convey tHe msg in the shortest statement and in the very first attempt. The lawyer need to explain the facts or findings. He is under so much pressure. Baki hum sab samjh Gaye the vakil kya batana chah raha tha pahli bar me hi.
