Toured heavily with this pedal. Had a DL4 before it and sold it for this one because I wanted simplicity. I’ve sold a lot of my pedals but I still have this one and my silicon fuzz face.
Agreed. 4 issues with it: 1) power port location, 2) delay isn't slow enough, 3) modulation on the inside, and 4) no tap tempo. I believe the Deluxe version solves all of these problems, however.
I picked one up at a night jam at one friend's place, with a TS9 and a cheap Samick carpet-cover amp and together with an old Squier Strat and a Gibson Les Paul - Boom!
Give it time, it all comes around again. 4yrs on from your comment, people are getting excited about shoegaze and there's no shortage of chorus pedals being released.
Also worth mentioning that you can adjust the modulation further with 2 internal trim knobs under the back cover (Rate / Depth). Cheers!
The first delay I ever purchased. I've owned many others, but I always go back to this.

Great pedal for me. Yes the Delay does not go slow enough. And, yes the location of the power port is ridiculous and causes problems in set up.

love this pedal
Its so funny to me that companies and a lot of guitar players, have to call chorus modulation because it is so uncool now to say you use chorus 🤣😂🤣😂

It was my first delay to buy, first to get rid of. I think of it often.
Personally I think the fifty dollar Moen Pretty Dolly is a better sounding analog delay. If it had modulation, I would have about five of them.
