    Not a word we hear much of anymore. Basically just "guts". I've said a man can accomplish anything with action, focus, and fortitude (AF2). Great vid Dan. Never miss it 💪👍✌️👊💯

    This is brilliant.......When you set out to swim to the other side of the lake it takes fortitude to go past halfway, past the point of no return. Not going back.....thats fortitude. Fortitude is why I am able to type this right now.

    That truly Is the key. Keep your body moving, consistency teach your brain that movement is ok. It works. It doesn't happen overnight but it will happen. I'm nearly pelvic pain free now after spending years in a 10/10. It really does work. For those of you struggling listen to what Dan says, it's about mindset. Keep going

      @Stayred77 I'm so happy to hear you are almost pelvic pain free. I'm currently suffering so badly with pelvic nerve pain especially in the last 2yrs prior I suffered another 11 yrs with migraines fibromyalgia. This pelvic pain has stopped me sitting, I cant stand in one position , can't lie on my left which is my effected side of lower back glute pelvis etc. Did you have the no sitting problem? How did you physical retrain the brain to stop the pelvic pain what activity did you do I mean?

    Still in the beginning of my journey. I'm reducing my gabapentin and working on less ibuprofen, etc. I've started yoga and I'm determined to add more exercise. These videos help me stay on track.

      You are in the right place. I was in Dan's group once kind of in the middle of my journey. I was once in daily pelvic pain 10/10, for years along with back pain, hip pain, dizziness, bodywode tension, muscle soasms.... Now I'm almost completely pain free. Once I ditched searching for a physical cause and did what Dan said to do consistently I got better. It doesn't happen overnight so have patience, but trust that it will work. You can get your life back again. Sending you much love, you got this!

    Thank you Dan I love that word fortitude have couraged in all our sufferings and trials question do we have any control over our sensations or the brain giving us symptoms? That would be a good topic

    • @deniseealy4253
      @deniseealy4253 2 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      We can’t control them but we can influence them by expecting the best and if symptoms show up reacting calmly to them. I learned that from Dan!

    Do you have the testicular fortitude to heal? Because it takes courage to let go of the familiar suffering that has become a crutch for many of us, and start living in the unknown which is where freedom is.

    What about cervical dystonia or torticollis? That's another one that is incurable.... And I don't mean pain I mean more just the tremors the spasms the contraction of the neck to where it's stuck to the left or right and can't be moved.

      Have you done the assessments to see if your symptoms are being caused by a brain perceiving danger? IsThisTMS.com - that's the way to find out what is going on with your neck. If TMS, then you can resolve it with the concepts I teach.
