Do you prefer to listen to the same video and repeat it many time or just listen for once and foucs. Actually i get disructed with alot of video on youtube.
Well, that's why podcasts can be good...no video to distract you :) And in terms of your first question, focus is the most important thing. You can repeat the same video/podcast or listen to a wide variety. Just make sure you focus!
