Yes yes yes!! I so agree with this! 2NE1 performers with passion a d so much freedom. I think only super junior, big bang and exo come close to the kind of freedom, fun and power in their concerts. Unfortunately a lot of groups today, in particular girl groups, are trained to be perfect and always follow choreography and never step outside the box. It's pretty sad when you think about what the industry has become in the past 10 years.

You feel like there is something missing and feel like it's not enough, no other groups can make you feel the swag, energy, stage presence and talents not just "beauty". Yes yes yes!! I so agree with this! 2NE1 performers with passion a d so much freedom. I think only super junior, big bang and exo come close to the kind of freedom, fun and power in their concerts. Unfortunately a lot of groups today, in particular girl groups, are trained to be perfect and always follow choreography and never step outside the box. It's pretty sad when you think about what the industry has become in the past 10 years.

While I get why fans get upset with CL take most of the song, but from every performance I've watched in learning about her, she has so much charisma it's crazy. Your eyes are glued on her.
And if people would take time to actually get to know her personality better, they'd understand that she takes being a leader very seriously. Besides, CL has a role of playing the entertainer, the mediator between the group and audiences, hence, she gets most of the lines and adlibs.

Man if 2NE1 has a reunion in present time, they would DESTROY every other group out there right now. Like one of the comments I read, it's not about PERFECTION but rather stage presence. You can have perfect vocals, choreography executed to the tee but even with those you cannot artificially create a stage presence like 2NE1's. I do agree, a lot of groups these days (girl and guy) may be good, but not AMAZING because of how 'created' they are. IDK what other terms to use, but damn I hope I live to see the day our 2nd gen idols absolutely annihilate the K-Pop industry.

Honestly 2ne1 is the best kpop group in my opinion. They never lip sync, they are always giving us the best energy, their girl crush game is on top of any other girl group in kpop history. I went to their concert twice and i swear you Can't even take one single photo out of CL, coz she do not stop moving, the energy is UNREAL!

Here after reading the harsh but honest critiques to BP's performance in their recent Seoul concert. 2NE1 was really a class of their own. YG wasted the opportunity to have a GG that could have made it bigger in the world stage. I wish every 2NE1 member the best in their solo endeavors.

I also think they're songs aren't that 'badass' somehow I still got that girly vibe. While 2NE1's Vibe is unique and different, I can tell that from the first second into the song... BP are still rookies while 2NE1 are legends. But I believe they will grow and improve, they aren't called the monster rookies for nothing and I support & wish them the best luck !
