Hey! I wouldn’t have noticed the sound difference that much if you hadn’t mentioned it. The only tell-tell sign of mic mishap was that we can hear the scuffling of the figure when you were transforming. Other then that, I thought the sound was good. Great vid. This really is such an awesome figure. I was lucky to get mine in store. I found him a couple weeks before release on the peg and took him up front to buy him and they wouldn’t sell him to me and just took him away. I was so shocked I just kind of stood there... So I went back at 10 am in Dec 1 and found an employee and had them go to the back and get him for me since the app showed him as in stock... yay! Thanks for keeping up the content and I’m glad you got comments back (I know it’s been a while at this point but I hadn’t had time to comment about it)
In my mind, they've recently been the team rocket of the transformers, anyone else think that it's better than for them to be the "Beavis and Butthead" of the bad guys?
Another nitpick I have with the car modes is the fake chest sits is waay too close to the ground by a millimeter. That's definitely going to be banged up if rolled on anything other than a completely flat and smooth surface.
Thrust is evidently out of stock. But if all goes well, he should be back sometime around December 15. As for Runabout, red and black just seem to always work for a Decepticon, and who would have thought that one of the best molds would be the one shared by two idiot nobodies?
Or anywhere outside of America; same as Leadfoot, Thrust and the Villian Packs. It's like Hasbro is trying to support the scalper business; yet they'll DMCA third party companies.
@@Jazzer995 The generations line (outside of studio series) is not even available in my city, i looked for anything Siege last year, and not even a god damn Hound or Thundercracker in sight.
@@pancho855 Tell me about it; I had to get Siege Mirage and Impactor through the Netflix line because we didn't get that wave and I've had to get Springer and most of the SS Leader Class figures through a Comic Store at a plus delivery cost price, Hound and Red Alert were at the same place. The rest I've been luckily enough to find in stores; mind you after checking ten of them though; thank Primus for Public Transport.

I do preffeer when you transform figueres in one shot... like before. The most recent videos (in My personal opinion) are confusing and harder to follow with all those different angles (I'm talking about the transformation steps). In addition, even if THIS figure has the same exact mold as another figure you already reviewed, I'll still find this video helpful if the transformation steps were explained without screen cuts or weird music (not everybody can acquire a figure with an instruction manual trough the 2nd market.. and thaaats why THIS kind of videos are very helpful in the afterlife for some 😁). Even though, thanks for keeping the Source Up 😉

Does anyone else have problems getting Runabout to tab in at the doors, or am I doing something wrong? It pops apart pretty quickly for me. I still love this figure and I was so excited to find him.
It's most likely the knees. When you fold the legs to go into car mode and they collapse, there is a tab on the front of the joint and a slot in the front of the leg. It's not a soft connection; squeeze them together hard before you fold the foot up to cover the join and you'll probably hear a click. I do on mine. This holds the front end together tightly enough for the roof to tab in securely and in turn hold the door tabs in below it.
I love the fact that they have different headsculpts. This is such a great mold!

Barely. It looks more like a bizarre mix of the 1980s Lotus Esprit, with the Pontaic Firebird's bubble glass-back, and a Delorean.

The best part of the design is that the ALT mode is an amalgamation of the transAm and the Esprit (the G1 alt modes of the battlechargers)

The head Sculpts are different it it is so subtle. The helmets are slightly different and RunAbout has a small robo chin patch on his faceplate.
