That wheel goes up so easily; mine BARELY moves…I wrestled with it for about 20 minutes; didn’t fix squat but I cut my hand pretty good

I was about to call my agent to send someone to fix it for the fourth time. I finally decide to do a search in TH-cam and found this sensational video.
