I followed your AT thru hike channel and I remember even when you were down, grit prevailed, you moved on to the next mile and replicated that behavior during your entire hike. I see that happening again and it will see you through this journey as well. Have a safe walk, and, every now and then ease into saunter mode. As John Muir indicated many times, “sauntering” was the best way to enjoy the adventure.
what a sweet adventure! thanks for sharing your adventures with us. the views are epic! stay safe and have fun out there! see you on the trail someday
Tough business, but you seem to be in good spirits.
Looking forward to a resolution to this impasse.
Happy Trails
Safety is first. I wish you lots of luck.
I am glad you are staying safe. The views are stunning. Safe travels to town.
This episode was something truly special! Scenes are brilliant!
Safety first, nice video, on a bad cold rainy day, so let's keep on hiking 😮
Glad I decided to start my SoBo August 1st!
Honey Bee, I am happy you got back out there on trail, and I am now caught up. Thank you for your candor and your bravery out there. I hope this finds you well wherever you are, and that things are looking up. The scenery just never stops, what a wonder. Stay strong, be safe and hike on. Wishing you all the best, again. Jack NYC
If Washington is to snowy flip down to Oregon, the Cascades are pretty much snow free, lots of easy crusin. Ive been out alot above 7000 feet and everything looks good.
I love this hike. I hope you feel better. Hugs❤
Others' SOB trek is/has been disrupted due to snow/melt conditions.
Good to see you can change the plan allowing for whats happening where you are. Hope things worked out and you connected with missing hiking partner. Keep on keeping on
"That's the plan. So far nothing has gone according to plan..."
Foreshadowing lmao
As a great hiker, Feral, says, planning is everything but the plan is nothing.
I wonder how you expect that first person you want to cross the snow to where the path is when you don't? Shouldn't you know? Shouldn't you have snow equipment?
Honey Bee! Your episodes are epic!!!!
🙌🍯🐝
I'm sorry this hike sucks so much for you
