Many 'new age' parents wish to be their child's friend rather than their mentor. Many of these have lost control of their children and think they will earn a slither of respect by backing them, even if their child is in the wrong. Actually, these children don't respect their parents either usually, or the respect is superficial and only shows itself when the kid gets charged for a crime, or is reprimanded by their school and when the parents go for the jugular for who is 'hurting' their little baby. Parents need to parent, respect, and act on the feedback from other adults who supervise their children. Makes sense when the parents and grandparents have differing views about the same child, grandparents thinking the kid is a brat, whilst the parents think them an angel. On a positive note, loved the video. Joondalup has a bright future.
You missed the CBD, went to a non typical residential area, missed Joondalup lake and the Drivers center has moved out of town. You missed the train station and most of most of everything
We are on limited time and can't get to everywhere but we did show the CBD. We randomly pick residential areas in the suburbs and didn't realise Joondalup has 'typical' and 'non typical' areas.
1976-77 is when teachers were no longer able to give the 'CUTS' Cain you and that's when they lost respect. then the parents lost control of their kids when they were no longer able to smack their kids.
Loved the intro to Joondalup, as well as your take on raising children 👍🏻
Thanks. Glad you enjoyed it 😎
It's like a small little CITY in itself. Self sufficient
It is and it's a great place 😎 You should go there next you visit Perth.

Basically the Parramatta of Perth
We don't know much about Sydney or it's suburbs but you're probably right.
