- In this video I look at a southern suburb of Perth which has experienced big gains in property values.
This is the location I analysed in Perth 6 months ago (in my course). If you had of purchased here 6 months ago you could have easily made 10-20% growth on a typical house ($40,000-$80,000) if not more.
Don't be too disappointed in this video I give you my insights to what I think will be in store for the next 6-12 months for this suburb.

I bought a place in blue collar grotty Rockingham for 250,000 few years back. I just spent about 15,000 renovating. Could sell it tomorrow for over 650,000. Blue collar grotty (in your opinion) made me 400 grand so far. keep turning your nose up. That house going to be selling for 800 grand in 2 years time.

this area is definitely not somewhere I'd put some $$ in ,its cheap for a reason ..
@@tenmozek Lots of money flowing into these areas now, Rockingham for instance. Foreshores been redeveloped, money getting put into the naval base, more jobs in nearby Kwinana for new refinery. and lots of new migrants down there now. If you would have bought when this video came out you would have made over 100,000 now. Also stock is dwindling.
