@@solomansjournal bro how to check whether the radiator is working properly or not? Because engine is overeating even in idle condition. But the temperature indication shows just upto 2bar which I think is optimum. I suspect my cbr150 's coolant tube is rusted or clogged somewhat. Didn't check if thermostat or water pump is functioning.
I don't know much abt 150r. I only work on 250r. Anyway I will give you some tips to check it by yourself. Check for cracks or leaks from radiator and hose, u can use water in radiator to cheak leaks. It's completely fine. Top it off with water then start the bike without closing the cap of radiator. Wait for sometime, see if there is sudden drop in water level, it means the thermostat is working. Don't rev the motorcycle it might cause splashing. Hope this will help u fix the issue.
Usually it glows at startup and goes off after 15km/hr. If it is not glowing at startup then probably the led might stop functioning. Another condition is, if you have replaced the meter console recently make sure you bought the right one. Look for icons like this ( (ABS) ) on your meter. If it's not present then you bought the wrong one. another reason might be with the wiring harness or corrosion in the circuit, considering the age of the motorcycle. These might be the reason your abs sign is not glowing. Hope this helps to resolve your issue.
