Mark Nasser Ok, I get your point, he is very energetic as for his age, but aren't you a little overdo it? He is not even 64 now, in my country men retire after 65 yo, so that means they are still working and sometimes this is hard physical work (previously retirement age was 67, but government changed that 3 years ago).

I saw AC/DC 45 years ago at a pub in Morwell when I was 18 what an amazing experience this fella has all the energy of a jumping bean and an amazing guitarist my ears were buzzing 3 hours later it was awesome.

Watch Joe Bonamassa live,before you make stupid comments.I’ve twice watched him play a straight TWO HOURS plus set,in an Armani suit,and by the end,he’s sweated right through the jacket! Even got photos to prove it. At least,Angus gets to strip down a bit,to cool off!(footnote;-Have you ever stood in the beam of a spotlight?The heat they generate is huge,and ,like the light,it’s focussed on the performer!) Still,hopefully,the new generation of LED spotlights may ease this issue.

I saw them live in Sydney when I was 14, it was the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen, Angus does these 10 minute solos mid show while the rest of the band is backstage resting

Just plain great. 100% authentic. You know this man just loves this. He is not as good as before but, he is 60, and fingers, memory, especially muzzlememory is showing it. But when we are lsitening to and watching , we, who know and has followed ac/dc and before that Angus, we give him all the slack in the world. I dont care if it sounds like cats screaming, what i care about, is to support an artist who just keeps on. Whenever we see someone we know, we think back and connect dots as to why this or that person/thing was a thing we were fond of. No matter how old he gets, when we see him, i bet the majority thinks of the past.The past is what we have, to compare what is now, to make decisions for the future. Do not discard " old" artists.

Seen them 5 times , the first time with Bon Scott. Angus is the man , he can literally play one note and the crowd is in the palm of his hands. His brother Malcolm was one of the tightest guitarists iv'e ever heard . He'd keep the groove all night long .

I have heard so many people say how simple there music is when in fact its truely intricate as hell!. Sure you can imitate the sound in your way but i can honestly say when mal and ang played together they made it sound as one. It might sound simple to some but if you have an ear and a know you will def soon realize how truely magical they really are/where together. Rip Mal thankful stevie is trying to carry one what you started.
Very fortunate to have seen these guys on a few occasions and I cannot express how good they are...everything from start to finish is what a rock and roll band is all about...angus,without a doubt the best guitar player of my time and with Brian Johnson (sadly missed) it just rocked...same concert same breakdowns but my god AC/DC you know how to rock a good concert...

Went to a AC/DC concert it was general admission made my way to the front was right up against the barrier wall center stage and the crowd was chanting Angus and in between chants I'd yell YOUNG! next thing Brian Johnson jumps down from the stage and Angus got on his shoulders and stood a couple feet away from me and did like usual a great solo he was so close the sweat from his hair was splashing in my face thanks keep rockin'

Don't get why so many people say he's not a great guitarist. Angus does amazing things with what he's got. Yeah, Michael Angelo Batio has forgotten more about music theory and guitar techniques than Angus will ever know, but he absolutely kills it with his smaller toolbox.
Music is the fusion point of communicating your unique character and how you feel through your knowledge of theory, techniques, and rhythmic sense. Too many people are equating guitar greatness to the size of one's musical vocabulary, technique repertoire, and speed. All of those are just tools to allow the musician to articulate what he is trying to say. And goddamn, Angus Young has always been able to say a lot with less, and say it loud. And that vibrato man... that vibrato alone has him in rarefied air and in exalted company.
