Cadence tutorial 2 -inverter design

Thank you for this useful video. i would like to ask how to obtain an Id vs Vgs graph of an inverter? I've tried by referring to your tutorial MOSFET I-V characteristics in Cadence but the results came out quite unlikely.

Hello, if I want to make an open drain driver, which uses a cmos inverter, do i leave the last transistor out of the inverter block or do i keep it inside? Basically i have to make an output driver with open drain so i have the inverter and a third high voltage nmos transistor, which needs to have an open drain
