I still use FS9. My favorite flight sim. I just bought a brand new set of Virpil Controls (stick, rudder peddals, throttle quadrant and a co trol panel for prop pitch and mixture levers). Becuase of all the buttons i am using fsuipc to assigne them. Being as i am learning as i go getting the stick sensativity correct is proving difficult. Other than that it is great. I upgraded from the logitech x52 (blue/silver). I started flight school so i wanted a more realistice set up. If and when your logitechs need replacing i highly recommend virpil. 99% metal even the stick is metal. I think the only thing plastic on these things are the buttons (and there are lots of them).

Beautiful video! Any tips on visual landings without ILS on 2d panels? Got accostumed to using virtual cockpits and have been struggling using aircraft with 2d cockpits only, any tips would be really appreciated!

Thank you. I don't have any tips, I think just do it without ILS and look outside

Hi, I have fsx and a logitech extreme 3d pro joystick and would like to get back into simulation. The joystick tends to be super sensitive even when I changed the settings and I am wondering if you help me. What joystick do you use?

I use the same joystick actually 😅. The yaw is very sensitive, but pitch and roll work ok. I myself adjust the sensitivity in the simulator itself but I don't know whether recalibrating the joystick helps (I think you can do it in Windows Settings)

@@StillusingFS2004 Hi, thanks for the reply, I did recalibrate the joystick but I would like to know what settings you use in the simulator for the joystick (null zone and sensitivities)

@@krishnannarayanan8819 Hi, for Ailerons and Elevator, I have Sensitivity in the middle and Null Zone one-quarter (counting from the left). For Rudder, I have Sensitivity at one-quarter and Null Zone in the middle. Hope it helps.

What is the green gauge on bottom left screen?

It's a radar gauge to monitor AI traffic. Made by Eric Marciano and Jorge Salas for FS2002, but also works for FS2004

@@archvile1313 I think the likes of Avsim still have them available for download. But google search should also show similar results

Flying and A320 with a 737 400 stock cockpit and stock sounds is a complete abomination bro , and lets not even talk about those graphics in 2024 knowing that at this point in time any low budget computer would give you optimal performance to run fs2004 😢😢😢😢
