Its called THE APOTHECARY DIARIES, its a gorgeous looking show based on a very highly rated manga, its a medieval setting show with well done drama and medical based mysteries hence the name. Would really recommend giving it a watch.

They always strive for a much healthier production schedule which is a BIG BIG BIG factor in the Industry.

Yes madhouse have produced animes like death note, monster, hxh but not only their staff member are different but the possibility of them left the studio after bankrupt are high too(including founder of madhouse masao maruyama- producer for monster, pluto, death note etc).
He is goat fr and it's his love towards madhouse that even after all of this he stayed in it and helping it even in such situations is truly amazing He will surely bring the glory of old madhouse and more than that nowadays producers need to learn a thing or two from him that how to create a healthy schedule for anime. Edit: would also give credit to sora yori team and nana/chihayafuru director to stay in madhouse and still giving good anime.

4:47 FIRE FORCE could be a better example, they literally have the same director i.e 'Yuki Yase' (FIRE FORCE S1) and also quite a bit of staff overlap along with some fire animation cuts re-use (not complain, I think it's good they reused those)

Because of two main reasons. 1- not 80 % of scenes are filled with action animation like jjk. 2- Mappa higher ups are really shity for not giving skilled animators enough time to make all those action scenes consistent, those highly skilled animators are doing extra work to make it good
