An update should drop today. Added my own milk and slurry storage (under silo extensions) and then to get the product back out you will need to place a fill trigger (under silos)! Hope you cover the update!
I saw in one of djgohams videos (the griffin indiana series) he was also selling automatically from the cow pasture somehow and i was wondering if thats available to do on console and if so how would i do it?
I was able to set up a milk distribution using the Automatic Shipping of Animal Products (Kamikater) mod. The shipping point (which acts as a factory) is under Animals / Cows. You also have to place SchultzModding's milk storage and fill trigger. One final weird part about the Shipping mod: for milk you have to prime it once by filling it with milk (from the fill trigger) - then you can enable it to distribute (Production Chains) - no more priming needed. There's a shipping point for sheep and chickens as well - doesn't need priming.@@alexsim3722

Additional question...When building multiple lots side by side (because why not, 4000 cows is better than 1000...), do you know if each feedlot will show the slurry and milk ? Or only the one close to the tanks and silos.. Since it seems to be the case in your video and it might happen with more too, but with a transfer to the closest from the tanks. I have no idea so far for what to expect production wise. It's a little bit confusing, but the idea is amazing and so genius. I've been trying with a square of 4 lots and Milk, and slurry will show (0) in 3 of them even after a couple of days. The lots are touching each others in a rectangle (2x2), The tanks and silos are close to one corner, and nothing happens so far. I'm tempted to build the collection point for each and every one... I've tried the Meridian milk tank and extension tank, it seems to not work right away, or not show the milk below some quantities. I'll transfer in the Oma Tana one.
Hi Chris , I did not try multiple pens so I am not sure how they will interact. I know with other barns some cross over is possible . Also I am not sure at what spot the silo needs to be placed as to collect the milk and slurry. I would be interested to know what you find out 🤗 Thanks for your comment

It will take some times, I will start a new quadruple pen in the next field, move the cows by truck, one pen at the time, to stick to "realism" and minimize the losses in fees. As for the tanks and silo, I will add them one field at a time, before the cows, first, it the second empty field/tank stays empty at first it should answer one question, if it feels evenly with field one, that's the other option. It seems a good way to find out. After since and repeat with field 3 and 4... A long and busy week end ahead ! :)... Ahhhh the farmer's life....

@@LooneyFarmGuy So far, after 4 hours of twitching... Field one has no problem showing all productions. Field two so far is showing "0" in slurry but what I have in the tank suppose some production from that field, since the number is higher than what field one is showing. These fields are back to back separated with a shelter for "realism". Manure is only showing in one heap so far, there is no way to track the production by looking at the field. Slurry shows as expected in the slurry tank and the two milk silo, I use only one slurry tank (for "photo" realism) but two milk silos even if field two seems to have nothing to show so far. However when trying to collect with the "unreal" big bag mod, it won't recognize them to feel, but i can empty them, even if I have them filled from my older pens, they won't feel. For the trucks (milk and slurry), it looks like one tank/silo becomes a "drop off" only and the other one a "feel in" only, and it's not always the same, quite surprising... But with noting. That's what I have come across with the first back to back field, and my first session. Next i will give more time for the productions to grow, and add the third and fourth fields on the side. I expect them to not share the tanks and silo already on the map without an extension of any kind, but who knows... And by the way, there is an apparent limit to the number of pens that my map (Elmcreek) or the game (to be tested) can accept, it seems to be 10, all animals included. To Schultz modding : excellent mod ! The visual of it is great and 1K cows is amazing. The productions won't show right away in the field monitoring when multiple field, is there a minimum number to it ? On Xbox X. Thanks.

I'm not getting any productivity when using these on no man's land. any ideas? I have the same setup. did you place everything prior to putting in the cows?
Thats odd , I do not recall but I typically put cows in first . I don't think it should matter . I have not played much with this one yet, sometimes uneven ground can cause issues , What do you mean by " Productivity "?
You need to put the liquid silo and the liquid extension for it to work , I may not have been clear enough about that , Thanks for your question 🤗 See if that works without the big slurry tank

You still can put down fences . The silos don't need to be inside . Just close enough to collect the milk and slurry . I would say you should be safe with in 25. feet or so 😎

@alexsim3722 DJ was using a script mod that automatically sells the milk so not available on console.

You can overlay 2 pens with triggers opposite. It will share the milk and slurry tanks. 2000 cows. Takes a lot of tmr, but make a ton of money fyi.

I have a similar set up with the same slurry point, and it's not collecting any slurry, but it is collecting manure, any thoughts?
You need to put the liquid silo and the liquid extension for it to work , I may not have been clear enough about that , Thanks for your question 🤗

Also I am using a different liquid silo, then one you're collecting, it's the liquid storage mod by MissyB. Collects milk correctly
