I absolutely LOVE your videos. As a new first time Cane Corso mama , i cannot get enough of this channel! It has helped me so much. Im also in the perfect puppy course, we are only in week 2 and I have had several people the past few days tell me they cannot believe how well he listens to me and how well behaved he is. I could not have gotten him here without your help. Thank you
Thank you so much I now have one he was my sisters. She did not have a place for him, so he has not been socialized properly he was at my dad's shop and in his cage most of the time. I brought him home because he could not get the attention needed there my dad is 67 and works hard most of his day. The puppy is large and is now 6 months old. I can tell he is very smart and obedient mostly. I can tell he will be a hand full if I'm not stern and do it correctly with him already. He warmed to me and has started to get use to me (we have only been together about a week.) I am trying to not be a bad leader with him because I know how big is going to be. So thank you for what you are doing here it's so great!
Thank you . I have own 2 dogs and 3 parakeets. Your information is really teaching me if I really need to have Cane Corso at 45. But I have given myself a 2 year plan before bringing Little Man home. So please please keep the lessons and classes coming. Bless you Sir.
Absolutely love the work your company does. Everything about your company I support! I have taken your Cane Corso quiz and passed and will be getting my girl this November. I have researched the breed now for 10 months. I really find your channel's a massive help. I will be spreading the word about this channel as well as supporting and investing! Best of luck guys! WONDERFUL JOB WELL DONE! 😁
I just took on my moms cane corso. I’m sitting here at the waterfront where I live in Tacoma WA watching this video with him. It’s night time he’s sleeping and I’m watching these videos like I watch money heist🤷🏾♂️ and I’m learning so much. I never knew how majestic and valiant these dogs are. My mom works during the day as a teacher and my sister wouldn’t be able to handle him as he gets bigger especially with training him. These dogs can not I repeat CAN NOT go untrained. It would be a disrespect to their lineage. To Achilles. To Marcus Aurelius. I learned that today from Wil video. I’m truly inspired by this channel. I have a guy here who really is good with dogs big dogs like Shepard’s and what not. He’ll be training him but I’m still watching these videos cuz I wanna be a super dope man ULTRA dope cane corso owner. I don’t know why yours dog came into my life because I wanted 2 pitts xxl bullies and all of a sudden I’m taking him to the vet for my mom and somethin said take him. He needs it. So here I am. Thank you all for your comments too I love reading them. 🤚🏾
This is great information, I will be getting my Cane Corso pup in November from the breeder and will teach these principles to my dog and my family. Thanks
I’ve been using the method in this video for years, and know firsthand it works. We have a new cane corso pup and the breeder instructed my son to grab the pup’s muzzle and squeeze tightly until the pup yelps, as a method to correct puppy bites. Personally I disagree with that approach. However, I have always used the approach discussed in this video, accompanied with a snap of my finger while looking directly at my pup with a stern facial expression. Once my desired result is achieved, I praise and continue the activity with the pup. Thank you for this vid, I will pass it on to my son who absolutely disagrees with the method I use, just to show him that I’m not “crazy” and not the only one who approaches puppy biting the same way as described in this video.
I think you have a plethora of knowledge when it comes to the Cane Corso, but I feel like No disrespect, but I also feel that you like to hear yourself talk more than sharing the solutions. I wanted to hear tips/skills to stop my Cane Corso from biting.
Love the work your company does. Very helpful information. Three weeks ago we became first time cane corso owners. My puppy is five months old, she is a beautiful female corso
Is it possible that my puppy has a trigger for biting? My 3 mo cane corso seems to "attack" me and my daughter when we wear a specific pair of fleece pants. This just started. Pattern? Colors? Smell shouldn't be any different that anything else we wear. Love your course and videos.
I have a 1-year-old Cane Corso that was a rescue and he likes to nip and bite me whenever my husband is around I've tried being the bigger person and using your techniques but when I'm finished he wants to still bite he does not respect me I'm 65 I'm not real strong but I'm strong-minded to get him on the right track I'm going to need help
My male Cane Corso turned 7 months old today. He has been amazing. However, today I went to put my hand in his crate to get something he was chewing on that he got from outside (not food) and not only did he aggressively growl at me and bark loudly, but he also tried to push the door out to try to bite me when I went to close it. He continued to growl for about a minute. Now I admit that I got mad and yelled at him after he lunged at me (I said bad dog!) but I'm truly shocked because he has followed all of my commands, he likes people and other dogs and this just came out of nowhere. How do you correct an aggressive growl-bark-lunge combo??? If I walk away, wouldnt that make him think he won?
Mine is triggered by his drying towels. He used to be good with them but randomly started biting and growling when attempting to dry him. How can I stop this behaviour?
Please help. I have an 11 month old very large male Cane Corso and I am a small woman who is the main caregiver. Recently when I was taking him for one of his daily walks he suddenly turned on me and start jumping and biting at me. This is very scary, especially because I was alone in a field when this happened. It has now happened 3 times and he doesn't seem to listen to me. He was also trying to pull the leash out of my hand and pulled my glove off. What should I do?
Hello will! So i recently started my boot camp for my cane corsi. And I wanted to know if I should do the boot camp with both dogs at the same time or should I do it seperatly. Both very difficult options. When together they distract eachother so terribly and if I do it seperatly its pretty much 3 extra hours of training and exercise. Do you have any tips on how I should do this with 2 dogs? They both have different issues I need to address.
Thanks for watching and reaching out! We actually have a video on one of our other channels answering the question, how to training two puppies at the same time: th-cam.com/video/0Pks1ENyAjs/w-d-xo.html
Thank you for your reply. They are a male and female cane corso. The male is 1 and the female is 1.5 years old. The female is the one displaying the worst behaviors. She barks and whines constantly and when together she bites at the feet of my male and starts fights over toys or him being near me or just for no reason. My males only issue is he gets hard headed and has no self control when she is out but just wants to play until she antagonizes him so much that he starts to defend himself. When the fights break out what is your advice on breaking them up and how to stop or limit this behavior? Thank you

Recycling general material. Nothing specific about cane corso. Proliferation of channels...

Hi! Great video. How do you incorporate bite inhibition training into this?

Also I just adopted the female about 4 months ago. I have had my male since 8 weeks old. His training was going great until I brought home the female.

Make sure the dog watches too! LOL

My dad bought one.. I’m trying to teach him not to bite… I have kids…

You can see the boxer blood in this dog .what ashamed that they have watered down this grate breed
Love the knowledge you give, but when will we be able to see your skills in action. It’s one thing to say something but another to actually prove it.
