I was raised in Richmond! Grew up right off Riverside Dr, only minutes away from Deadrock, where all of us hang out, pass a joint and jam out on the rocks. Come out there sometime before it gets cold :D
Found a way in the building last week. You have to scale the front of the right side of the building to an opening. I don’t recommend jumping from the second level because the water was around 6ft deep when I did it, and I hurt my leg.
You really should! It is such a beautiful place. Not too long of a walk to go around the whole island and lots of stuff nearby. Richmond is one of my favorite cities.

I had a friend, he had money but he was an eccentric miser so he ate in the soup kitchens. He befriended Les, they ate together some times. My friend also would invite me to eat with him at the soup line in the churches. Well, I ended up dining with Les and my friend. Les was a killer at this time, and I am convinced that he targeted my friend to murder, my friend was next to be bumped off, but Les got busted before he could do the deed.
