I can make it through the first two - Violet breaks me... and my thought was much the same, no one who is vaguely human can be emotionally ready for especially Violet...
Totally! I’ve seen many reactors verbalize that they think they’re prepared for what is next. Us RENegades know they are not which is why we watch. Well done. Just found you and subscribed.
As a big "hard ass" 51 yo man I did the same. I so truly hate domestic violence that I normally get more angry than sad, but she turned on my water falls...
The trilogy is one of the reasons why the Renegades call his music "BardCore". He has simply created his own genre. But now you really deserve a break from serious Ren and should also take a look at the other side of him 😉
When I first heard Ren I couldn't stop watching reactions. I didn't understand why I liked them so much... It's because I could never experience that magic the same way I did the first time but through others it's close... Your reaction was amazing and brought me right back to the first time. Thank you for experiencing it with me! 😊
I feel your feels girl. That’s what Ren do. Okay, Ren was with a street band: The Big Push. They busked on the streets of Brighton, UK. Please watch his Mashup cover of Bob Marley’s, “I Shot The Sheriff”, Damian Marley’s, “Road To Zion”, Dead Prez, “Hip Hop”. You get see Ren perform live. A happier time. A beautiful reaction btw.
First off, I want to thank you for posting your reaction to the Tales. ❤ Ren's music has opened up so many doors for open, non-judgmental discussion on VERY difficult topics. I've never seen anything like it, but the comments sections for reactions to Ren's music have become places where the Renegades have connected with and spread love, support, and strength to others through shared experience. I've seen well over 100 reactions to Hi Ren and The Tales over the past year, and I can say that your reactions are among my absolute favorite because you connect with both the music and your audience so naturally. Welcome to the Renegades, you are so very welcome here.
I love your honest emotional reactions to Ren. I had to sub to follow you on your journey down the Ren rabbit hole. You've had the tiniest of tastes of what he's capable of just watching the two songs. Ren has a number 1 album out in the UK. He's impossible to nail down to a single Genre. He's a master of hip-hop, rap, rock, punk, reggae, bardcore, ballads, and pop. His catalogue is pretty big and then he has amazing stuff with his former band (hopefully getting back together) The Big Push. He plays the electric and acoustic guitar (obviously), piano, drums, bass & the melodica. He produces his own beats, beat-boxes sings like an angel and writes as well as anyone I've ever listened to. You've heard a couple of heavy emotional pieces. For fun songs, you should try Love Music #1, #2, #3 & #4. It's for songs all about how much he loves music. Losing It is a fun one as well. For heartfelt ballads, try his 2 collaborations with Chinchilla, How To Be Me (live) and Chalk Outlines (live) For a rock song try Fire. For hip-hop try Wicked Ways, Seven Sins and Lost All Faith. For Rap try Illest Of Our Time, Animal Flow, and The Hunger. Oh and you can't miss the 2 songs Ren did with Eden Nash, Humble and Ocean. There's tons more songs I didn't even bother listing. I haven't heard a single song that wasn't good. I can't wait to see how shocked you are when you see other styles he does. I'm glad to have stumbled upon your channel. Peace and love.
Appreciate your reaction. I'm a huge Ren fan but would point out that massive hard work = Talent...Ren has worked soo hard and gotten past many obstacles to get where he is. Keep up on your great reactions and hope to see more Ren amongst them.
He is a massive talent with an amazing crew... he on his own is top shelf but his crew, the videographers the soundscapes... the man has a Team. He might be the General but they fight the fight right alongside. His success showed when he did money game III... the man is investing in himself and his people. Never seen such an artist in my last 20 years.
I love how Ren does all his songs live in one takes. bro can rap, sing, act en tell a story. Ren exploded on TH-cam. But he should explode globally as he is a rare talent.
Ren tells the stories and the filming of the stories are all done so well i found myself looking for the bodies laying on the ground. The saddest thing about this is the fact each of these things are happening in every country at this very moment and the cycle continues
Thank you so much for finding Ren on your musical journey!!! I have not heard another artist as versatile as Ren…. He reminds me of one of those “one person band” type of people, where he can do it all. Looking forward to what is next! Much love and have a great day!
It hits us all this hard. I like watching reactions to the trilogy and Hi Ren because these videos pull the deepest parts of us to the surface. Seeing someone else cry about the thing that made you cry and crying again with them reminds us that we are the same. Like Ren said "We must not forget that we are human beings."
I’ve walked almost all Paddington streets and I can imagine all of this. St Mary’s hospital in Paddington is a seriously old, imposing building and one that you can imaging Violet fading away. Paddington has some very dark, fearful areas despite its high tourist footfall
Thank you for this heartfelt response to this masterpiece. I just subscribed. Now for something completely different by Ren, try “Power” or “Losing It”. A bit more of fun Ren. So much more to discover of this once in a generation artist.
I was impressed by your courage to continue in the face of your emotions. To be honest, I had to stop several times to gather myself. Loved the reaction. I will be here for more.
Through your honest emotions I get relive mine. It's amazing to me how Ren can take his intention with his music and how he let's us into the world he creating. We can feel what he wants us to feel. It's unusual for me to feel connected to an artist through music and not the music through art. That's what makes Ren, so extraordinarily gifted. He is a gift to the people. It's always hard to articulate that thing Ren has.
Your first sentence is truth. ☮☮ & 💜💜. Thank you for making me smile and being a light in a sometimes dark room. You.. ... are fantastic. Made my day better just by being ja.
Brilliant and heartfelt reaction, we've all been there with Ren!! What you said about whether it is the story or the performance that made you cry, that is often how I feel with Ren but I think it is the performance for me as even some of his songs which aren't sad get to me like that. He is just a unique talent and it hits me in a way nobody else's music has. Can't wait to follow as you go further down the Ren rabbit hole, there's so much more to see from him, you've already noticed his talent in different aspects but you still have loads more skills and talents to see. Would love to see you react to one of his interviews that give more insight into his journey and the type of person he is as well, the interview with Zach Sang is a good one. Also the video he made for hitting one million subs is another good one for you to check out.
Gorgeous emotional breakdown of one of the best works of art by one of the finest artists of our time. Keep going. The Ren rabbit hole only gets better, the deeper you get.
Loved seeing your reaction to this in real time. Found your channel through the "Hi Ren" reaction and I'm really enjoying your view on a lot of this music that (some of which) I have listened to enough I have started to take for granted. It's like getting to experience it all over again with you. Thank you. ❤
What a beautiful honest reaction to this masterpiece. This is only about the thirteenth million time I’ve watched a reaction to this and I’ve got to say I enjoyed watching your reaction very very much. Ren truly is a once in a lifetime artist and it’s so amazing how affectionately invested he is with those that follow his music.
Great reaction...Hi Ren and this trilogy has had me in tears many times. He also has had me in tears of laughter with other songs. For a lighter side of Ren try 'Losing it' and the Love music series is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
@@davidperkins6752 100% TBP Should be rocking stadiums man...listening to them is like a shot of joy to the heart...they will be back! I've heard Ren say he was gutted they had to part and Gorran recently said he thinks they will get back together at some point and the smile on Romains face tells me he would jump at the chance
"I think I'm ready for this" Oh no, no, no you are not. I've seen this story multiple times, and I'm not ready for it. Thank you for your pure emotion in reacting to this. Ren is the master of story telling that we have never had the pleasure of seeing before, and the way you reacted to this story is testament to that.
When I saw "Hi Ren" I mentioned your compassion and empathy. Watching THIS reaction takes my observation/compliment up several notches. Your obvious fascination during the performance, and your completely open and honest reaction make you a pleasure to watch. You say in your opening that you aren't a "music expert." You don't need to be. I (and others) can go to reactors WITH that expertise if we want to hear detailed dissection of vocal styles and musical 'stuff.' You offer a very different, and very appealing approach to reactions. You share YOU. That's much more engaging. Keep it up! you're doing great! Liked and subscribed. By the way, your emotional reaction literally brought ME to tears as well. That's rare. You have that "something special" about your!!
I read through a few comments, and didn’t immediately see anyone explaining a little more about Ren. This guy. He’s changed how I see music and songwriting and performing and music videos forever. And getting to know a bit more about him makes you appreciate his work even more. The guy has lived and experienced some difficulties that you have to know about to really understand what he’s doing. When he says in Hi Ren that he “spent half his life ill”, he’s taking about a battle with Lyme disease and misdiagnosis and the toll it took and continues to take on him. Read up a bit about his story. You won’t be able to react to every song he’s ever written, but, map out the next half dozen or so that you want to do, react to them, and then just let yourself listen to EVERYTHING else. He’s just so good. Can’t state enough how much he’s influenced the way I experience music for the last couple years. Glad you found Ren! Keep the videos coming!
I recently discovered REN myself and I always love watching reactions to his music especially Hi REN and this song. I loved your reaction in this video so much. Seeing you emotional got me emotional. This was one of if not the best reaction I’ve seen for this song. Amazing video, I subscribed and can’t wait to see you react to more of Rens content.
Ren is a GOD. I'm so in love with him. I have obviously never met him, but I feel like I would do about anything for him. I feel like he is so important. Your reaction was amazing. You are clearly an empath. I was crying with you, even though I've seen this SO many times. If you check out his other sides, he will blow you away even more. Definitely check him out with his band "The Big Push". And less reacted to, his even older band "Trick the Fox". And then his rap is so important. And his duets with Chinchilla and Sam Tompkins. Seriously, he is just the most amazing newer artist in so long. I totally worship him and am addicted to reactions to him. And OMG he is so EFFING hot
The knick-knack paddywhack reference is from an old English nursery rhyme "This Old Man". This old man, he played one, He played knick-knack on his drum. With a knick-knack paddywhack, Give a dog a bone. This old man came rolling home.
You're just scratching the surface. I've heard this 100 times but i still cried with you. lots of happy, fun songs from Ren for you to hear next Keep smiling
Stacey ren read about the story in the newspaper 📰 and took his inspiration from the story. That’s what I heard. Really enjoyed your Content. Thank you x
12:25 note how he looks around… the wailing song, sat on a bed with his knees up. I’m convinced he’s acting out the birth scene here. He loves connecting the start and end of his songs with small hints like that.
Indeed! Not in 1 box!Ren is the best what happens to me in years! And there is so mutch more to explore fore you about Ren..He will make you smile and he will amaze you he makes you cry and so on!Love your reaction..thans !
Thank you so much for your reaction to the trilogy. Such an emotive and thought provoking piece of art. I'm so happy that you have started your journey with Ren. Expect tears and laughter along the ride, but more importantly, enjoy 😺. Thank you once again from this UK RENegade
Having recently found Ren and then finding your channel, no one’s ready for the Tale of Jenny and Screech. The emotions and passion he brings is amazing. He does have some more fun songs but he sings so raw.
Loved your reaction, I am sure I am not the only one who wanted to come give you a hug. Ren is a phenomenal talent and the most exciting musical artist I have heard in a long time. He can do anything, both serious and moving to just fun. The future for Ren is very exciting. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
Aww Stacey sweetheart it made me tear up seeing how hard this was for you. It is a hell of a Tragic tale. Hopefully this gets a smile? I subscribed halfway through because of your genuine reaction.
OMG, Hi Mizu! Hope i spelled that right, such a cute kitty :) Kitties are important to business operations, according to the rule book. I like how raw you allowed this and your Hi Ren reactions to be. Lovely of you to share with us. See ya on the next one! :D
1:40 That keyboard is intense! Also, one of our kitties looks just like Meezu! 21:00 "I don't know if I was crying because of the story or how beautiful Ren is?" Yes. The answer is yes. 🧡💛🧡
I am happy you found Ren. He is something that the world needs, he has the power to pull people out of the darkness of thier own creations, and help them see the light. He is a treasure.
I've noticed that your absolute favourite artists so far are all from the UK: Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, and now Ren. I love how you connect so emotionally to music.
Came here for the Ren reactions, but followed after about 30 seconds through Hi Ren. You seem to be a super genuine person, and you definitely found the right calling with the YT thing. Look forward to more reactions!!!
For a change from heavy Ren watch the Big Push, "Bongo Bong", "It's alright", and Ren doing "Back on 74 and Message in a Bottle Retake", "Power" "Love Music pt. 1, 2, 3," or "Uninvited"
Love your reaction to REN..not sure if you have noticed yet but most of REN's "music videos" are done in 1 continuous shot..basically a live performance...such talent!!!!
Your reaction to Violet's tale was like mine the first few times that I heard it. From the knock on the door it brings back dark memories... not knowing if you are going to get the kind loving person or the person who has been drinking and is easily angered. The fear of pretending to be asleep and it not working. And when he pinches her eyelids up it puts you in violet's tale. And it is not just your story but all of the other people you have talked to and supported who have experienced DV and all the tales merge into Violet's tale. Ren does such a good job at telling this story. When he became Stevie, he was scary. I've watched hundreds of reactions now and your reaction is one of only two that I felt truly understood the fear of that moment. You would probably appreciate Romain Axisa, the guitar player that used to be part of Ren's band The Big Push, he has a different vibe but he gets completely lost in his music and while his music is beautiful, I just love to watch him get so absorbed and lost in it. It brings a little bit of light to a dark world when watching an artist like that. Ren is awesome and surrounds himself with incredible talent. Take care.
The fact that he can do this, genius-level song writing, with the medical condition he's currently in and has been in for the last MANY, MANY YEARS! it's insane his talent and dedication to his purpose here on this planet. Keep going on, you'll find new and lovely trails led by Ren. 😎
Thanks Stacey! Your insight, intuition and intellect are beautiful and you use them to great effect, creating art of your own. "Wearing your heart on your sleeve" is never a reason for apology. It exposes your most endearing quality... your heart.❤❤ One thing we can all agree, Ren is a generational talent and has such depth and breadth. There are so many ways to follow up, you just can't go wrong. But I'll echo some of the suggestions that you next view CHALK OUTLINES with Chinchilla. You get another masterpiece AND a new artist to fall in love with❤ CHINCHILLA is another "rabbit hole", 😁😁 as it were. She's an amazing artist with her own style and sound and you'll want to view some of her solo stuff as well. Ciao Bella
Lighten the mood a wee bit with Ren's An Englishman in NY. A wonderful cover of Sting's song with Ren's band the Big Push. Then go on to Chalk Outlines and How To Be Me-the video versions, not any live or Lyric video version. Both of the video versions are shot live, also in one take. Love love love your reactions!!
I could write a book on just about every Ren song... These are a few things I like to mention sometimes. Jenny's Tale you have to ask yourself what was a 14 year old girl wearing heels and "rosy cheeks" doing at night on a road "she walked a 1000 times before".
At the start of Screech's Tale, Ren starts the song by saying, "A story it starts at the end". Patrick was "missing" and Screech's GF was "Busy" because they were together. Then at the end as Ren does so often he brings it full circle and says, "A story it ends at the start" . Violate Tale - I LOVE the guitar rifts throughout the ENTIRE song. Ren so often does, he plays the part of Violate here on the bed after the rifts... (Violate waking up looking around confused as to how she got here and where is here?) With haunting/eerie hymns he sets the stage. Many catch the rewind . MANY more miss the speeding back up to real time when Ren/Violate wakes up on the table (After the fight between her and Stevie as he starts walking away). Lastly, Violet moved out at 16 into a flat paid by a "welfare scheme". It is logical to think that violet was already pregnant by this time. A teenage runaway might have a chance at being a beneficiary of this but a pregnant teenage runaway certainly has the qualifications to be granted this benefit. This was before she met Stevie who most would assume was the father of Jenny and Screech. If what was speculated was true, Stevie did some maths and figured that the numbers didn't add up, the baby wasn't his. He beats up Violet and calls her a "slut" which was quite specific when compared to usual cuss words like "bitch" or "cunt". This would also answer as to why Stevie asked "Why're you lying to me, violet?" And would make the slightly off phrase "Do you think I wanna do this, Violet" fit more consistently into the story.
Love your human reaction. Guess what? We have all been a wreck watching REN. The talent this boy has is unbelievable. He is a great rapper too. You need to go down the REN rabbit hole and we will be with you❤️👍👍
The Tales are a masterpiece that need to be studied in universities, I’ve done a playlist on my YT covering all the main characters and the many Easter Eggs in these tales that help pull it all together,
You're vulnerability is so refreshing. You're an amazing human and I can't wait for you to keep reacting to him ❤ You should do 'Chalk Outlines' next, such an incredible song with powerful depth which I think you'll appreciate :)
** edited because i am me. Ren absolutely breaks me for all the right reasons and lthan ifts me for all the right as well. His Busking is divine. The Big Push red suspender sessions are wonderful. His one takes are supernatural... his signing on a sofa w buds is fantastic. **** Your Channel has a very, Very kind vibe. Danke , Love. I mean that. You made me smile and cry and feel. Love the real intro.. .some of us are just here to be here and share and smile/bitch/grump/love. I am no damn perfect reactor or vocal trainer... I like what informs, entertains, educates, and is silly just because. We NEED to laugh and learn and lean and sometimes fall. Instant Sub'd and Patreon.
These tales always hit me in my feels. As a 38 year old man im not ashamed to admit Ren can get my emotions going so naturally. Your reaction to this was so genuine and i cried along with you despite not having enough fingers and toes to count how many times ive listened to this. Welcome to the wonderful world of Ren. Ive subscribed so i can further enjoy your journey in to Rens world.
At 53, no one has ever made me cry via music, and along comes Ren! And cue the water works 😢 on multiple songs. Beautiful reaction! Enjoyed your thoughts 😊
This was another beautiful, heartfelt reaction. This trilogy is another example of Ren's genius and a master's class in storytelling; he truly is a modern-day bard. I heard it likened to a Shakespearean tragedy many times. Ren created a backstory on the characters involved on Instagram, hinting that Patrick wasn't home because he was with Screech's girlfriend when Screech called her. This is a masterpiece of a tragedy. I would also recommend you check out Ren's collaborations with Chinchilla, "Chalk Outlines," "How to Be Me," and their busking sessions in Brighton. As for "Chalk Outlines," it is one of my favorite songs right now; it is beautiful yet sad and really showcases Ren's beautiful singing voice. Looking forward to more Ren reactions from you. God bless. ******SPOILER ALERT******* For those who might have missed the implication of the ending of this tale here is a quick summary of the trilogy. Violet's tale takes place in 2005 ("two-zero-zero-five") as she is lying in the hospital dying. The rewinding sound imitated by the guitar brings us back to Violet’s childhood; she was (sexually) abused by her father, and her mother was an alcoholic. Violet subsequently ended up in an abusive relationship with a boy named “Stevie” which would result in her eventual death. Forwarding time to 2005 again, Violet’s last moments alive, simulated by the guitar, she gives birth to Jenny and Screech (James). The twins were likely separated at birth by social services. Fourteen years later (2019, when the first two parts were released), Jenny and Screech end up face to face on that fateful night, unaware that they are twin brother and sister. Screech tries to mug Jenny and ends up, unbeknownst to him, killing his twin sister. Screech flees and goes looking for his friend Patrick unsuccessfully, he tries to call his girlfriend to seek refuge, but she says no, before confronting and getting shot by police officer Richard one street over from where Jenny lies dead. Ren provided a backstory on the characters involved on Instagram, hinting that Patrick wasn't home because he was with Screech's girlfriend when Screech called her. This is a masterpiece of a tragedy.
i didnt even hear you yet, and i already know you have a beautifull soul and heart. You instantly felt and understood the deepness and emotions of the lyrics and it moved you. I hope you reach your dreams. Keep your morale forever. I go listen what you'll say after the music ;') much love from another human being.
You never need to apologize for showing emotion. I think part of what makes us Renegades such fans is that he elicits these emotions in all of us, that's why I was drawn in at least. As a 37 years old metalhead that grew up in a very macho culture, getting into fight and stupid stuff; I cried like a baby first time I heard this, and it still makes me cry. Renegades are very empathic, and any comment section featuring a Ren video is a safe space. ❤
lady, I just watched this reaction of yours having seen the trilogy many times, thinking I was emotionally ready for this. I bawled my eyes out yet again. I´m 47 year old male if that matters, yet this just cuts my cord´s so hard.
Jenny's part was based on a newspaper article titled It's a Shame. He found it odd that it wasn't one the front page. It was a proustite killed by a 14 yrs old boy. He wrote Screech's part a couple years later and then Violet's part later to tie it all together.
Another fabulous reaction to this tough one, Ren is indeed " One of a Kind " as you said so perfectly. " How to Be Me " and " Chalk Outlines " BOTH LIVE VERSIONS as simply the best duets ever! Song for Joe warning, two boxes of tissues and no make-up. Then of course The Big Push!!!!!!
Love ❤️ the reaction. I love to see others first reactions to this song, it brings back the feelings of my first view. He is the definition of a true artist in every aspect
IMHO the Tale of Jenny and Screech is a Three Act Shakespearian Tragedy, in the style of the wondering minstrel bard. Ren has self identified his music as bard core, so that is confirmed. This is an ancient style of music; that goes right back through the wondering minstrel bards of the middle ages. The works of Chaucer sung in the Wife of Bath's ale house. And back to the Dark Ages of Anglo Saxon epic poetry of Beowulf, on through the Greek Homeric tales of The Iliad and The Odyssey and the beginning of the Choir. This form of story telling probably goes all the way back to Ugg twanging his Bow to woo the Chiefs Daughter or complain about the Chief stealing the meat from his hunt, at the hut of the Widow Ale Wife, where he and others would congregate to let off steam and tell tales of epic hunts; to then draw on the local cave walls, like the graffiti in The Tales. The music acted in part as interlude/intro as well as melodic emphasis and sound effects for the story. Also I think you spotted Ren's use of locational reverb in the sound engineering. They also got lucky with the Seagulls in part of the song which then was deliberately left in and emphasized in the mix. All of that indicates the intellectual level of the performance production in this piece of art.
Congratulations!🎉 You are 2 for 2 for providing an awesome Ren reaction. I love that your wear your heart on your sleeve. Since you mentioned in your first Ren reaction that you are kinda chartering some rough seas health-wise, I want to recommend that you listen to/react to 3 songs in particular in times when you might need a pick-me-up: "Humble," "Hold On" and "Do you believe". As I mentioned earlier, the song "Sick boi" is generally seen as a natural continuation of "Hi Ren. " I do agree that since you have done 2 heavy songs that you might want to check out the just plain fun music. My suggestions for those include " what you want," "Losing it," "Down on the beat," and "The Hunger." Finally if you want to see his very latest, Ren dropped his latest track today: "Back on 74/Message in a bottle" remix. It is mind-blowingly good🎉
Stacey stating "I think I'm emotionally ready for this" as she hits play on Violet's Tale and me screaming Nooooooooooooo! You're not! 😭
I thought the same. Violet's tale is the - press on the gas, foot off the brakes portion. 😅
I was thinking exactly the same thing. Yikes.
Omg, same!
Ikr?!? Same
I can make it through the first two - Violet breaks me... and my thought was much the same, no one who is vaguely human can be emotionally ready for especially Violet...
11:17 "I think I'm ok, I think I'm ready" Renegades know that no one is ever in fact ready...
Yep I had the same reflection on minde: Ho no lady you're not ready. I guess we are here for that ;-)
Totally! I’ve seen many reactors verbalize that they think they’re prepared for what is next. Us RENegades know they are not which is why we watch. Well done. Just found you and subscribed.
Yes thats y i dont watch those reactors that start with violets tale first. It don't hit as hard without them all as a whole
That point at 13:56 with "I'm sure her mother knew" Stacey gets the first inkling that she may not be ready
I had a narrator voice in my head going "Little did she know, she definitly wasn't ready" lol
Ren & Chinchilla "Chalk Outlines" and "How to be Me". Live versions for both.
And never, never, apologize for being human.
not yet, we'll broke her, she need a break ;-)
You should check those 2 numbers with Chinchilla ❤greetings from Belgium 🇧🇪 loved your reaction
Both are great yes
Agree, except that I prefer the music video version of Chalk Outlines
This was an amazing song too.
Im an old man and I cried with you even though I've seen this numerous times. You have a good heart. Thank you
As a big "hard ass" 51 yo man I did the same. I so truly hate domestic violence that I normally get more angry than sad, but she turned on my water falls...

I agree with you 💯 the new performance is absolutely fantastic.
When I first heard Ren I couldn't stop watching reactions. I didn't understand why I liked them so much... It's because I could never experience that magic the same way I did the first time but through others it's close... Your reaction was amazing and brought me right back to the first time. Same here😂 Lost count of how many reaction videoes i've seen. 🥰😂
A beautiful reaction btw.
good choice, good fun on the streets with great music
I think Ren is resurrecting the classical skillset of an old school Bard. Like back in the day when all was live and acoustic.
A genius story telling, and you are still so beautiful even when you cry.
Cried with you girl, I haven’t heard this song in like a year and just been revisiting reactions and you felt this. Nice watching it with you 💯
Ren -For Joe is so beautiful
Might be a recommendation to watch Ren - Suicide first. It's the "release order" after all.....
I think she needs a break after this one 😂. Something fun. If she watches those next it might break her spirit forever 😂
@@geofthompson3844Totally agree m8,Stacey needs a little break from the heavy stuff.. Losing it, what you want, etc..
@ianrose56 exactly mate. 💯 😁
Leave it for later, please.
Good job the make up is waterproof..dramatically beautiful Ren reaction.
Ren got the idea for Jenny tale from a news paper he read about a 14 year old boy that kill a young streetwalker with a knife
"London city, far from pretty, 2-0-0-5." The real life event happened in 2005.
@@joshuawiedenbeck6944, no, that was Violet's Tale, which was set 14 years prior to the events of Jenny's Tale.
in Voilet tale he does the Rewind sound on guitar to go back in time then later on does it to go forward to the present time
These tales are such an emotional ride. You are correct, he is a masterful storyteller and can paint pictures with his words. Great reaction, Stacey!
I must have seen 20 different reaction videos to this, and your reaction is amongst the most honest and emotional ones. Keep up the good work❤
Beautiful reaction made me cry seeing you cry ❤️
Humble and Ocean featuring Eden are both AMAZING
"I think I'm ready" Nope, I don't think anyone is ever ready for Violets tale
You said it, he is SO talented. And we are lucky to share it because he didn't gave up.
Great reaction...Hi Ren and this trilogy has had me in tears many times. He also has had me in tears of laughter with other songs. For a lighter side of Ren try 'Losing it' and the Love music series is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
absolutely agree! i would also suggest anything by Rens band "the big push". i promise you won't be disappointed! much love to you and yours.
"I think I'm ready for this"
Oh no, no, no you are not. I've seen this story multiple times, and I'm not ready for it.
Thank you for your pure emotion in reacting to this. Ren is the master of story telling that we have never had the pleasure of seeing before, and the way you reacted to this story is testament to that.
This was a raw and beautiful reaction. Thank you for sharing.
A Fun/uplifting One by Ren ”Losing It” ✌🏻
I read through a few comments, and didn’t immediately see anyone explaining a little more about Ren.
Loved your totally honest reacton Stacey xxx
Stan..your greatest fan😂
@@edwarddenhartog8100 Hmm?
The knick-knack paddywhack reference is from an old English nursery rhyme "This Old Man".
This old man, he played one,
He played knick-knack on his drum.
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give a dog a bone.
This old man came rolling home.
Ren is the most talented artist i have ever ever heard in my life.He is an absolute genius
Thanks for your heartfelt, genuine reaction. Much love to you today and everyday.❤
You show such courage, it is beautiful that as an empath you are willing to share your authentic reaction
I'm honestly glad I'm not the only one who reacts this way every time I listen to Ren
This man is Bard! 👌👌
What a great reaction. This trilogy hurts me every time I listen to it. You’ve got a new follower. Keep it up!
“I’m emotionally ready” Moments before disaster 💀🤣
Another heartfelt reaction. I love your channel Stacey. You are becoming our favorite reactor!!
All awesome.
Take care.
You don't have to be sorry i've seen it now at least 30 times and i'm still in tears every single time.
The fact that he can do this, genius-level song writing, with the medical condition he's currently in and has been in for the last MANY, MANY YEARS! it's insane his talent and dedication to his purpose here on this planet. Keep going on, you'll find new and lovely trails led by Ren. 😎
Outstanding!!! I loved your sweet reaction!!! Thank you for remarking on the unique talent that is Ren! He is the artist for our time!❤
Thanks Stacey!
Your insight, intuition and intellect are beautiful and you use them to great effect, creating art of your own. "Wearing your heart on your sleeve" is never a reason for apology. It exposes your most endearing quality... your heart.❤❤
One thing we can all agree, Ren is a generational talent and has such depth and breadth.
There are so many ways to follow up, you just can't go wrong. But I'll echo some of the suggestions that you next view CHALK OUTLINES with Chinchilla.
You get another masterpiece AND a new artist to fall in love with❤
CHINCHILLA is another "rabbit hole", 😁😁 as it were.
Add The Big Push. Bongo Bong. Fun and catchy as af.🔥🙌
I am just one of the many who absolutely enjoys your journey through the rabbithole of Ren. Thank you for continuing the journey with us!
Lastly,
Violet moved out at 16 into a flat paid by a "welfare scheme".
You're an amazing human and I can't wait for you to keep reacting to him ❤
You should do 'Chalk Outlines' next, such an incredible song with powerful depth which I think you'll appreciate :)
You have a great heart ❤️ the amount of feeling you feel during this reaction. You’re one of the good ones. Blessed soul
Wonderful reaction! So many amazing songs to discover with Ren
At 53, no one has ever made me cry via music, and along comes Ren! And cue the water works 😢 on multiple songs. Beautiful reaction! Enjoyed your thoughts 😊
Loved your reaction ❤
Liked & subscribed in anticipation of you reacting to more Ren
Thank you 😀
This was another beautiful, heartfelt reaction.
God bless.
******SPOILER ALERT*******
For those who might have missed the implication of the ending of this tale here is a quick summary of the trilogy.
Great reaction. Ren,Hi Ren is unique. Thanks for your time
i didnt even hear you yet, and i already know you have a beautifull soul and heart. You instantly felt and understood the deepness and emotions of the lyrics and it moved you. I hope you reach your dreams. Keep your morale forever. I go listen what you'll say after the music ;') much love from another human being.
I love you and love how emotional you are because I’m the exact same. Thank you for experiencing ren and showing your vulnerability. Great reaction
That reaction deserves a Sub.
Here for all of the Ren your willing to do.
Never be afraid too show your emotions. It is only human. And REN brings that in all of us.
