    I was thinking about using Zoho One to run my companies operations. But Zoho support and customer service leaves a lot to be desired….. no one mentions this in there reviews.
    I can’t speak to anyone to resolve issues, I have to use tickets and send an email and wait for someone half way around the world to reply before I get a response and have my issue resolved.

      Unfortunately, Zoho Support is not great, as I stated in the video. You should try using the phone support next time: +1(888) 900 9646 [USA]. Normally, they respond faster that way. Another option is to pay extra for support; you can do this from the Zoho Store. The last option would be to work with a Zoho Partner, that will handle everything related to Zoho One, but this will be expensive.

      Main reason why I did not go with them.

    ZOHO user agreement allows you to use the data you enter. Not ideal.

    I appreciate you commenting at the end that their apps are B+ for the most part. That’s something a lot of people don’t mention but it’s true. i always find myself considering zoho regardless though.

      Hi Mike! There are several Zoho apps that are A+, like the CRM, People, Cliq and more, but you also have the ones that are a B+. With that in mind, the Zoho apps are not the best in their category. If you want the best business chat app, you can use Slack, and the best project manager is Asana. But the Zoho apps are still really good, and the value you will get is great. We could also say that the Zoho One bundle is the best in it's category, given that there's nothing out there that really compares to Zoho One.

    ZOHO ONE, I have a small staffing company and don't mind paying for all members, MGR's, Recruiters, Sales Reps and Accounting.... However, we place staff with clients and I don't want them to be charged for CRM, but I need them to issue timesheets. What is the most cost affective way to do this? I have a call into ZOHO for over a week and they are not responding.

      Hi Michael. What Zoho Apps does your staff use to track time? Zoho People, Zoho Projects, etc? You can probably get the Zoho One "flexible" plan for users that need full access to Zoho One, and then separately pay for staff users under the app that you use to track time.

    Does Zoho One include Zoho Payroll US Edition? The full version, not trial.

    • @blungo
      @blungo  ปีที่แล้ว

      Zoho Payroll is not included in Zoho One. Once you sign up for Payroll, you will be able to add it to your application list on Zoho One. You can use the free version of Payroll (for up to 10 users), or pay for the Premium version if you need more users or all the features.

    do you think i will be able to white zoho services for my agency biz with zoho one?

    • @blungo
      @blungo  ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm not sure what you mean about "white zoho services". Can you elaborate?

    • @tejasskay
      @tejasskay ปีที่แล้ว

      @@blungo A white-label product is a product or service produced by one company that other companies rebrand to make it appear as if they had made it. The name derives from the image of a white label on the packaging that can be filled in with the marketer's trade dress (answer on google)

    • @blungo
      @blungo  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@tejasskay Thanks for clarifying! I'm not sure if it's possible to white lable zoho products, but I did a quick search and there's no information about it. Maybe you should contact Zoho Support directly. What you can do with Zoho CRM is use a feacture called "copy customization" that allows you to transfer all customizations from one CRM account to another one.

    if there isnt a zoho solution do you really have a problem?

    • @blungo
      @blungo  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If there isn't a Zoho solution you can use a third party app that works with a "connector" like Zapier, Zoho Flow or Make. That way you can still send data between Zoho apps and the third party app. Also, there are a lot of "native" integrations between Zoho apps and third party apps.

      managing multiple company’s is something i haven’t figured out how to do yet in Zoho. even if i purchase 4 different zoho one accounts i still couldn’t get them to communicate in apps such as crm or calendar.

    • @Efamily630
      @Efamily630 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Mike Sanchez Cross entity communication..(complete different business i.e. different business number.. or cross product\service under the same corporate structure)
      If under the same umbrella..layouts are cool ...or differentiate with a pick list selection.

    The fact that the apps are not fully integrated and you need to use flow to do the integration is annoying. How does it compare to a solution like Odoo where all apps are 100% integrated out of the box?

    • @blungo
      @blungo  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm not familiar with Odoo, but Zoho integrations are normally simple to set up. It's just a few clicks. The apps in the suite are off by default, so as you enable them, you have to also set up the integrations with the other apps you are already using. Now, some integrations are basic, so if you need more functionality, you can use Flow or maybe a custom function. Not sure what you can do if the integration that Odoo set up for you doesn't do what you want. Also I see that Odoo has over 40 apps. Do they all integrate with each other?

    • @pasha1362
      @pasha1362 ปีที่แล้ว

      @blungo Thanks for the reply. With saying all apps are fully integrated on Odoo, I mainly meant in terms of data storage. So for instance you only have to upload your company logo once. If you create tasks in different apps, all tasks will be stored in a single table on the database. So you can view all tasks in one place. I read that ZOHO apps were different stand alone apps and some of which were developed by different companies and therefore you need to duplicate some of your data in different apps and keep them sync. Just wanted to know your feedback about data not being centralised on Zoho one and how much complications it brings in action.

    • @blungo
      @blungo  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@pasha1362 You're right, the Zoho apps are all independent apps. As you enable, you have to set up the basics on most apps. I think Zoho is working on improving this experience, as well as other aspects of Zoho. I've heard they are working on a central Calendar app. And if you use Zoho Mail, the tasks tab centralizes tasks from 5 different Zoho apps, all in one place.

    Love your videos! Please can you share an update with us? I keep hearing their support is terrible and that the modules are not well integrated . I am planning on using Zoho One as my ERP for my Shopify online store . Thanks

    • @blungo
      @blungo  ปีที่แล้ว

      We are a Zoho Partner now so I'm a bit biased given that we implement Zoho apps. Most of the things I said in the review still apply. Zoho Support is not good, but after dealing with Customer Support for other apps (non-Zoho), I realized the support quality is very similar. You have to pay extra if you need the fast responses. You can also work with a Zoho Partner, which is a lot more expensive, but saves a lot of time. Many of the Zoho apps are great, and the value you are going to get does not compare with anything else out there. If you want the best app for each process you run in your business, it's going to be really expensive.
