Zoho CRM after 2 years: my experience

    I would like to ask what you think of a small business, looking to be able to scale to maybe 10-20 employees using Zoho one? I have heard the bigger or more popular companies, albeit, more expensive. Offer better integration than Zoho. Since Zoho focuses more on internal integration than external. The biggest advantage for Zoho is the included apps, but I don't think we would use close to all of them. Maybe a handful like 3 or 4 or something.

      Most Zoho Apps are great, and Zoho One would give you access to all those apps for a really good price. But the apps are not the best in each category. If you want the best email app, get Gmail. If you want the most advanced CRM, get Salesforce. But you have to pay more for those apps. You also have to make sure they integrate with each other. You won't have that problem with Zoho. If you already use a series of apps that you don't want to change, then Zoho might not be the best option for you. If you are starting from 0, Zoho is a great option. My clients range from 5 to 60 employees, and Zoho works great for them. Most of them also use other apps outside the Zoho ecosystem, and we were able to integrate the most important ones.
