I just picked on of these up! As a hunter and someone who has worked in a kitchen before, I cannot believe I have not heard of this product sooner. I have been using sharpening stones which are great but they take time and skill to use properly. This product is so easy and simple and my blades feel just as razor sharp as when I use my fine stone. I still like to leather strap finish my blades though, seems to bring the edge from very sharp to “I touched it and now I’m bleeding”. Thanks for the review!
Unfortunately they do not disclose the actual sharpening material used. This sharpener is very similar to the RazorSharp sharpener which uses Tungsten Carbide for sharpening and diamond coated ceramic for polishing.
Hi there, The Orange Ninja Knife Sharpener does not sharpen serrated/steak knives. The Smiths Knife Sharpener does offer a serrated option. Here is a link to it.... amzn.to/4dO8uDb

Thank you for the review. Ordered mine today.
Your welcome! Enjoy!
Thank you for the review. Do you know what the sharpening materials are made of (ceramic, diamond, etc.)?

Can this be used with serrated knives or steak knives?

Is it real clear on which settings to use for each knife ? Both of my chef knives need to be sharpened lol
The selection for each angle is clearly marked. For general purpose chef/kitchen knives, 15 to 20 degree angle is the recomended choice.
