Puccini in Concert - Willy Hautvast

Mozart, Verdi and Wagner are considered as the three most important opera composers in history. However Puccini comes very close to them and as to popularity Puccini’s operas La Boheme adn Tosca are respectively first and second in the hit parade. This is due to Puccini’s art of writing magnificent melodies. This selection gives the wind band the opportunity to make its audience happy with Puccini’s thrilling arias.
