Full Workout:
1.Squats 3X10-12 working sets
2.Single Leg Hip Thrust DB 3X8-12
3.Bulgarian Split Squat 3X10-12
4.Rounded Back Extensions weighted 3X12-15
I also had leg extensions programmed but I skipped bc the machine was taken for so long. You can throw those in too at the end if yuh want!🖤
