Combine it with a journey with the Flåm Railway and a bike ride down the beautiful Flåm Valley. In this video you get all the information - how to get there (from Flåm, Bergen, Oslo or along the Bergen Railway), where to find it, where to get of the different trains, how to get back to Flåm and so on. And of course a preview of the fantastic run down the mountainside in beautiful autumn colours and weather.

Hi there - great video. Can the bikes to ride back to Flam also be booked in advance? Do you have a website or link?

Norway’s Best runs most of the things in Flåm, inclusive bookings. Talk to them about a combination package with zipline and bike rental (and a one way train ticket if you start in Flåm). If you stay at Fretheim Hotel, they also are able to help you. Try www.norwaysbest.com/things-to-do/biking/flam-bike-rental/

From start to finish doing train, zipline and biking back how long did it take?

The train is about 1 hour up, if you get off the train at Vatnahalsen, the stop before Myrdal, it is only a 2 minutes walk from the zip-line starting point. If you have reserved a slot at the zipline, the whole process with equipment on and off, safety and the ride takes about 30 minutes, but there can be delays, queues etc. - so at least one hour for everything with the zip line. If you have reserved bikes to be collected at the bottom of the zip line, it takes only a few minutes to get ready for the bike trip. It is about 20 km, mostly doenhill (2 small hills to conquer) - it takes about 1 -1,5 hour to ride down to Flåm, depending on how often you stop. The scenary is beautiful. So, you may do it in 3 hours but most likely you need 4-5 hours - so bring food and stop along the way. It is better to have enough time. Also have in mind that there are areas where you have to be carefull, severe accidents have happened here
