Look guys, I know many of you aren't happy that luke got this wr, and I know *many* people are sad for sword losing this wr. But think about it, if luke gets a wr on 1 more track he'll have more wrs than any other player in the games history (for rts) As for swords case, him losing bc3 will definetly motivate him to get it back (afterall it's only a .017 difference between these 2 records.) I believe that we can be happy for Luke getting to the amount of wrs fox had back in 2015 or 2016 I think. But at the same time we can be sad for sword because he spent a pretty damm long time trying to get this and Luke just coming in and taking it in a matter of weeks. Ok bottom line, give luke a break he deserves more positivity for all the wrs he grinded for. (Note I'm not a 100% luke fan I'm saying this from a neutral point between the 2 sides of happy for luke and sad for tom)

@@gianlucamele-e5u Ok, so you know how when recording for CTGP Records, they press "Challenge this ghost data", what they do is they race that ghost and have a code to have all the movements actually copied, (their ghost doesn't get saved). RusoX used a more malicious version, which lets you use the same code on a ghost that hasn't been uploaded to any database, normally on a run that failed, and take control at a certain point and manually drive the rest of the way. This is normally undetectable but RusoX made 2 errors. 1. Without his knowledge, the ghost he copied had been uploaded 2. The first part of his run had inputs from a different controller to the second. For more information, click on the link on RusoX's Mkwii page on mkwrs.com

Depends on what controller you use. For classic controller, you simply have to do a standard low trick while hopping. It might take a while to master it because if you screw up by hopping too late you can end up in the lava section, but once you do get used to it it's pretty easy after that.

My ctgp downloaded fine, starts fine, but when I start mkwii it says disc read error, when I load the normal game it loads fine so it’s not the disc being the problem, anyone know what to do?

I've also looked at some forums and ironically, the problem lies with the disc being scratched. Is yours scratched in any way? Another solution would be to get a new MKWii Disc, if all else fails.

I've also looked at some forums and ironically, the problem lies with the disc being scratched. Is yours scratched in any way? Another solution would be to get a new MKWii Disc, if all else fails.

@Nathan Kuberski Well it would help if the times were in the same category. That's the equivalent of me saying that I beat the N64 Bowser's Castle WR with a 54.785. Which I got on SNES Ghost Valley 2. You didn't beat Luke because you weren't even playing the same category.
