However the Constitutions of the (s)tates is the sky, this is because the state Constitutions recognized their rights were granted by and through the sovereignty of God. (You’ll want to grab the 1849 version for California, 1879 is only for the legislature as such the 1849 version is superior in every way to both the 1879 as well as the federal Constitution.)

Are we free? That is the silliest question I've heard in some years. We haven't been free in this country in any way since 1937 when violation of public policy became considered a criminal act that could have you caged, no victim necessary this country lost its last bastion of freedom and went from a taxed indentured servant to a full fledge slave under a dictatorship.
Any " freedom " you have left is now a fee based " privilege ".

Does the driver's license say whether we are a US citizen or not? How can it be used as proof?
It could, but they never changed the format of the license to be able to denote a resident alien. While working at a bank 15 years ago, I called the SSA to find out if the SS# the potential customer had given me was a citizen. I asked because normally they had an ITIN. The person in front of me said they weren't a citizen, and the SS# had come back with the wrong DOB. With that said, they told me they had no way of knowing if they were a citizen or not. Needless to say, we did not open the account. The bureaucracies don't care and the 3 branches that our government don't want to know, I guess.

The woman's last name is Harlow and was was convicted in August 2023 of federal civil rights offenses for her role in the October 2020 invasion and blockade of the Washington Surgi-Clinic. Along with other anti-abortion activists, Harlow used force and physical obstruction execute the blockade, according to the Department of Justice. She was sentenced to 24 months in prison.
