I noticed that this program wasn’t made while cloughie was forest manager and those people wouldn’t have liked going to games in the 80’s if they were worried about a bit of handbags at the 92 final.
Me dad went to school with Brian they played in the same Marton Grove school team together .

Arif ajaz ali You obviously know very little then. Clough smiled alot. Had a great sense of humour. Hense why they stuck him on tv as he was entertaining. Secondly his achievements now are the equivalent of taking Sunderland where they currently are to the Premier league title and then win 2 champions leagues. He wasn't managing Real Madrid. You sound like a typical modern day fan who counts in numbers and expects success in days rather than tangible achievements. Continue with your sky sports subscription you mong.
Chris Knight but the truth is they call him the greatest cos him and muhammed Ali wer dictators of sport and real entertainers he was a genuius at making his players perform on the pitch but he won one league title with forest in 18 season hmm !!! Not the greatest but yes the greatest entertainer.

Arif ajaz ali He won the league title with Derby too. Won it with two small, unfashionable clubs and to prove it was no fluke then won two european cups with forest. Also won the league cup on a few occasions. He was loyal like Wenger. Everytime he said something self congratulatory he did it with a sarcastic, humourous tone (the opposite of mourinhio). Stupid people can't see the wood from the trees and can't take his comments with a pinch of salt. Even so there is no doubt he is one of the very best ever. Maybe not in numbers (because he was at Derby and Nottingham forest, now not even top flight sides) but in terms of achievement. If someone took sunderland to league title and then going and winning the champions league twice you would be hailing him a genius. But it won't happen because the genius that was Brian Clough is no more.

Arif ajaz ali Ranieri won't be forgotten but he didn't take Leicester from bottom of second tier either. Neither did he win european cup twice with a club who have hardly featured in any european competition since. Ranieri got sacked after 15 months. Clough managed to avoid that for the best part of 2 decades. I didn't want Ranieri to be fired I like him, it sums up how shitty modern football clubs fans and directors are that they lose patience so quickly. Wenger is the last. Sky sports is sending football down the toilet.
