Is the s still fun to drive compared to the xt i cant seem to find any xt in my area only a 2002 forester s im coming from a vw gti dsg
i’ve got a 2002 forester s and it definitely doesn’t have quite as much kick as an xt but it’s still there somewhat and it’s nimble enough to be super fun to rip through corners
I have a 99 S/tb as well it kicks ass, the STI's are nice but all the early ones are automatic. :(. I made the right choice, 5MT.
You ever need a midpipe...What year/model did you have to buy? (I'm assuming 2002 wrx?)
@@class2instructor32 i bought a 3 inch resonator and went from a 3 inch bell mouth downpipe to a 3 inch midpipe an exhaust shop fabbed up for me. I put the resonator in the midpipe.

@@class2instructor32 the downpipe is. The axle back came with the car its a Apex-i bomber 3 for stb forester. Downpipe is a tsudo for wrx 2002-4 had to modify it a bit, then midpipe is one i had made up.

Forester STI was mainly made in Automatic, excpect for something called the STI2 800 were made so finding one is fairly difficult they currently go for around $10,000+ CAD
