For those wondering about the map tactic I was using here it is: en.wottactic.com/wows It's what I've used throughout my years playing competitive in this game and is very helpful. You can invite multiple people to the same room and view the same map, adding different ships, arrows and repositioning things as a group.
Thanks for this vid on one of the few maps I really love. If you see this comment, yes, I'm 3/4ths of a year late. Discovered your channel recently. I'm a newer player (joined 2020) who has risen to the rank of playcaller for my clan's Clan Battles. We get to Storm each season, some major progress for what was a small clan. However, I'm comparatively inexperienced and eager to learn more of the options available on each map so we can win more often. While your map vids weren't popular, thanks for making these. I hadn't realized the powerful north-to-south push option for BBs on the right side of C because I am a destroyer main. I would love to see more vids from you discussing play calls and teamwork. Maybe they would be more popular than your map vids and would still provide this level of strategic detail. o7 from clan MCK on the NA server.
@Tobias Time Yeah, it's still there. However, I only play it occasionally at t8-t10. And all those matches are quite similar. Everyone pushed closer to the 2 corners of the map and slowly pushed up while shooting each other. Anyone make mistakes and do otherwise. they will be shot by more than 6 other ships and evaporate immediately.
I find C cap to be very easy to break from the south in a DD. You can do it from either the left or right side. From the left, once you know there is a DD holding cap and the radars are down, you can speed up with side in a Kleber/Marceau and dpm their DD down with little counterplay from the enemy team. From the right, you can speed a DD into the gap between the two islands and sit in a cove there. When the north DD gets lit by radar you can dpm it down without being lit (assuming they are sitting behind the usual island). This right-side early position is also great at stalling their potential push, since few are willing to push into an assassin DD boat like a Kleber/Paolo/Marceau ... I'm not sure what other DDs can make this run before radars start popping. The right-side push you mention at 11 minutes would be stopped by a DD in the protected cove on the south-side of the northeast island.
The biggest problem with pushing BB's around the islands at the 8-9 lines is that they are pretty much out of the fight the whole time they hidden. Many games lost with BB's camping behind those islands. They MUST push up past them to get better positions or they will probably lose all their teammates on that flank.
Can we get more map guides :)? preferably only the ones after graphic rework since we're getting them remodeled. I have always tried to get into cliche radar spots that can like double radar caps or cover the whole cap but I dont know enough. Some spots that you are not aware of because you dont play enough or try to find them.
I m feeling sorry for you because this series was such a great idea and u put so much efford but a very small amount of people end up watch this :( take care.-. (Sorry for my bad english)

@Tobias Time I believe it’s but it’s for top tier only and it’s only a 1% chance you’ll get it

Loving this upload schedule, it’s always useful to help me become a better player. Keep up the good work!
Map tactics have changed a LOT with this map. The OLD meta, you went around "Kong Island" to the West, now it's mostly win East flank and you win.
Love to see this type of video for all the maps. Great info!
PQ is the BB captain that all DD captains want on their team.
Thank you for this. Just got this map for Legends

What is the mapping tool that you use?
10:55 that play is easily stopable by anyone in C. During ranked, in my Riga I stopped Sovetskys, FDGs, Vladivostoks everything..
Can we get a video describing why it's a super unicum instead of super unicorn?

Before watching the video: A great position from both sides is inside C with Riga/Petro
