I think it has to be said that a tree would not be a good choice for this particular house because there is a retractable awning. If it was open air - I'm all for the tree (if managed well) But this house would require some lower more contained solutions.
@@susancornishrealtor1485 Here in North Texas, a house like this would probably go for $600K tops. Looks like California no longer has a middle class.v
@@MisterMikeTexas Hey Michael, thanks for visiting! It's not that CA doesn't have a middle class. The reality is that the Eichler's in Santa Clara Co. and Marin Co are not at a price point that would be necessarily "middle class".
This property is destroyed.. kitchen is not original, mahogany paneling gone, all white makes the property look cheap. Front landscaping is cheap. The good news-the atrium slider. This is another big disgrace to modernism. You can't ask a million dollars for this.
Excellent upgrade. Making for a very nice property. Very good presentation, as always.
Thanks for visiting.
Would you mind adding that link to see the atrium you mentioned? Unless I missed it somewhere...I'd like to see that!
FitD You bet! Here is a link th-cam.com/video/-lhpOHANbQg/w-d-xo.html

Thank you for not painting the brick.
Price ???
This house was priced at $2,698,000. It was on the market for 7 days, then went pending. (It is still pending at this time.)

No, you are right, you cannot ask 1 million. 😁 This home sold in 7 days on the market for 10% over asking. It went for just below 3 M.
I agree…whoever remodeled it made it look like a tract home remodeled by Home Depot.
Agree they’ve ruined the originality… tacky people with too much money won’t notice
