I have been treated so rudely by Starbucks employees in America because I don’t go often and have to ask questions; I can guarantee you I will not attempt ordering from a Starbucks when I visit Japan. I gave away all the Starbucks gift cards I had because I refuse to feel stressed out just for a cup of coffee.
