In this Set of videos join me as I set out to machine a knurling tool from HEMINGWAY KITS. This tool will become a great asset in my tooling library so machining as close to the drawings is going to be a challenge.

Hi Joe , good to see you back in action. Just a quick comment , you shouldn’t be wearing those type of gloves with machine tools as if they get caught up they will pull your hand in . I use heavy duty Black Mamba which will protect hands from oils and chips etc but if caught up won’t drag you in.

Hi Andrew you are completely right I’ll check those gloves out. I know spinning machinery and gloves is a no no however when I do where them I am very conscious I am wearing them so do not but my hands near the spindles.

Can you please countersink those holes a fanny hair more it's set my OCD off pal. Just looks like bolt head is ever so slightly proud 🤣🤣
