I have to agree with you about Utah being probably the most beautiful state. I've been to Kodachrome S.P. and camped in the main campground. So beautiful and clean, well-kept. Thanks for sharing your travels with us.
It's beautiful. Can see why it was named Kodachrome Basin. So many different rock formations to see in Utah. I could spend a whole month there just exploring it. Thanks Glenn and Amy. Looking forward to the next one.
I love Kodachrome. I went there for the first time last year in early December and had the place to myself aside from the guy running the entrance station. I didn’t camp. I just went for the day but I just love being able to spend time in the desert completely alone with the beautiful scenery.
It's turned into a Cactus Atlas Christmas marathon for me this morning lol had to catch up on these. And yea, Slim is too sexy for that rock! lol Merry Christmas guys.
This is high on my list of places to check out in Utah, probably next spring. Your video did not dissuade me from going, despite the "risque content" of the rocks :D Have you traveled the Burr Trail road yet? It starts in Boulder, UT, so not terribly far from Kodachrome. It's a remarkable experience and seems 100% up the alley of Cactus Atlas. And if you already have, you're probably just agreeing it's awesome.
@CactusAtlas Love your channel and what you do! My friend owns a ghost town and mines. Chrysotile, AZ. If you want to explore it and make a video you are more than welcome to!
Very photogenic. I used to work for Kodak. Great film. Love the intense desert colors.
Truly worthy of the name, right? The desert never ceases to amaze. 😊
I'd like to imagine those sedimentary pipes as the mounds of spacefaring termites. "Excelsior!"
Hahaha! Love it. Very talented termites they would be. 😄

One of the best campgrounds and a gorgeous park, right? 😄 So glad you got to experience it too!
Wow! I didn't know Kodachrome Basin existed. I will definitely being going there next year. Thanks for the views.
You bet! Hope that you have a fantastic time when you go! 😄
Interesting park and I really liked how private the campsites were. The trees makes a difference.
They make ALL the difference. It's an amazing campground.
This was a great reminder of how nice this state park is. Nice video.
It's a SUPER park. So glad to see it getting the love is deserves! 😊

Indeed. One requires a good amount of time to really fully explore all Utah had to offer. 😄

Wow! Talk about peace and serenity! Sounds magnificent!
Four nights at Kodachrome, you are truly adventurous. Very much enjoying your video, thank you.
It made a really good home base for explorations nearby! That and it's just an AMAZING campground. Seriously one of the best we've stayed at. 😄
It's a bucket list camping destination for us.... awsome video
It's worthy of that list. The campground might spoil you. 😅
Simply beautiful never been there. I’d love to go, but I live too far away. Thank you for bringing me along. Awesome video , thank you Glenn and Amy.
Thank you very much! We're always happy to bring places to others. ☺️

Did some trails while there in the area. 😉
The one(Goeduck?) looked like "The Hooded Knight" 🤣 ... I've been here and this place is amazing. Did you see the Indian Cave with handprints?
No we missed that one unfortunately. I've seen the pictures though. Kinda eerie but VERY cool.
This is a very wonderful video. I am producing a TV program in Japan. Would it be possible for me to borrow your video?
Ok I think that Rock could be that key thing you would use to open the cornbeef hash or spam can!
Creative! Love it! 😄
Great videos! If you ever find yourself down near Globe, AZ. I have a place you can explore!
Cool, thanks! It's been a while since we've been that way but are always up for new locations. 👍
