Good information for this video! You can also make the template transparent and lock it, then you design on top of it, group it and move it to another page.

OMG. I've watched so many video's but yours is the easiest to understand so far. I had reservations about using canva, but now I'm try it your way. Thanks so much for this! Just one question, when printing out onto sub paper, did you have to change colour settings? sometimes the colours on the screen don't match what comes out of the printer

I have been watching soo many different videos and THANK YOU for not talking 20 mph and being so understanding. I can even handle the music!! Does canva "crop Shapes" ?? How did you print it out? did you use PDF or Word or circut? I try not to use circut as I cant export any designs.
Thanks. Yes for the most part free version of Canva can crop any images of yours or the free stuff they have. Paid version of Canva can download as transparent backgrounds and other extra stuff (fonts, images, and more).

Does it only work if you put the design on the side of the mug. I want it in the middle but I don’t have a 3 d view of the mug so I can’t tell if it’s centered etc.

Hi Kenny! Loving your channel and tutorials! I'm a total newbie but excited to learn! May I ask who your go to supplier is for sublimation mugs? I just purchased some but there's some dull, light yellow discolorations on the top and bottom of the handles when the rest of the mug is bright white. The supplier that I purchased from tells me that this is normal and not a manufacturer defect. Have you had any issues similar to this with sublimation mugs? Many thanks in advance!

I have an image that is sized for a 20 oz tumbler that I want to resize to fit an 11 oz mug but it loses its image (crops it off).

I've a question I have paper cut to size for mugs. But they never print correctly. Do I need to change my printer settings it's set to a4. I can do it if I use a full a4 sheet but wastes a lot lol help

Hello. Sorry I missed this comment. Whatever software you decide to print, you then pick the printer, can select your preset or do it manually, just make sure mirrored is check on 2nd tab. Small Window should appear for the printer options or click print preview. Hope that can explain it.
Thank you so much. You really helped me with creating my first sublimation projects. My husband bought me an Epsom sublimation printer for my birthday. I forgot to mirror before printing which was lucky because the printer does it automatically :-)

For the Fonts (text) are you asking on how to add custom texts? This video do shows how to get your designs matching (forgot the timestamp at the moment).
Does all canva designs have to print out square?
Hello and no. On the menu bar above the editor, tap the Resize icon. You can also tap on the icon, and then on Resize. Enter custom dimensions, or pick from the preset design size options. To resize the current design, tap Resize.
My template comes out looking like a page instead of how yours looks and I also do not see how I get a new tab to find the mustache and glasses..help!

Hi do u print as a png and pdf please.
If you are using Canva, it should be png free version or paid. As for pdf, not to sure if Adobe pdf is free or free trial (cannot remember sorry). Can print Png also for Silhouette Studio, Photopea, and Gimp are free.

Hello. Any software you use to design should have a printer icon top left, or click on file (top left) and find "print" (or printer).
Then after selecting printer, can go to preferences and select the appropiate page setting for your designs.
Ok, thank you for replying. I will try it again. I printed it but the print was the size of my entire page 🤦🏻♀️
Alway check your design size too prior to printing (click link to get a general idea 👉www.picmonkey.com/help/importing-and-exporting-files/printing-resolution/how-can-i-convert-from-pixels-to-inches-for-printing ).
