They’re on a street circuit with constant turns. They’re bumpy as hell in comparison to Sandown or Philip Island.

Iv'e been in one a few years ago, they are amazing, I actually popped a cartlidge in my ribs from the G force trying to hang on, it was fucking amazing.

This is really the best on board footage that I have ever seen. Must have watched this 20 times and cranked up the volume on the surround system,.
Have watched F1 on board great, but the roar of the engine and breaking of these cars is next level.
Don't know if anyone has ever noticed, Chaz is so focused the doesn't even blink during the lap. Totally next level diving & concentration. Bravo....

Most racers have no idea what's going on .. too busy on their phones , or digging in their bag of chips.. it's rare to see one so focused on the track.........
It happens naturally when you're driving. I never blink when I'm doing a lap in my kart since you have to be so focused on the braking points and apexes.

That was golden :) I had a opportunity to have a couple of laps around Sandown with Scott Pye a couple of years back, i absolutely loved it. The braking and cornering is what really blows you away.
Respect for our Aussie drivers,you can see how much g forces happen in these cars.
And these guys do it for over 75 laps😲👍👍👍👍

Massive cred to Chaz and all race drivers, they make it look simple lap after lap, then you get a guy who is an elite Rugby sportsmen , tough and fit, yet he was jiggling about like rubber doll. You then appreciate the core strength of these drivers and mental ability of these guys , so so good

Add in a track like mount panorama with all the crazy elevation changes and u got yourself the best roller coaster on the planet! Just think that GT3 cars are even faster around there than these beasts... It's insane

Chaz mostert is one of the few greatest supercar racers to ever drive mount panorama overall a top bloke explains things pretty well... I'm sad that they took away these monsters on four wheels there will never be anything like these v8s.. good on you Chaz you put the fear of g- force into this man's soul lol
probably not. they werent in the same type of seat either.. put the guest driver into a seat with the same kinda support and you will no longer be ragdolled around. its not the same to drive as it is to sit in that cheap ass spectator seat.
@@Stance1988 I mean, he still had a HANS. It comes down to neck and core strength and racing training. With a full FIA seat, an untrained passenger's helmet would be bouncing between the sides of the headrest like a pinball. It's actually MORE dangerous for them. At least here, the worst you'll get is a sore neck.

I know this from experience...at first you look at the car and get all giddy...then they start the beast, and you hear everything...but the transmission is what really drives the nerves up...then the launch, that takes all doubt and throws it out the window...Now as a former driver, you expect certain things that normal people have no clue about.....feel bad for this guy....cause tomorrow wont be the same again!!

I watched the Cam Smith one before this, these professional NRL players who are quite fit breathing hard after one lap from the G forces, how fit are the drivers doing an entire race.
