Awesome! I kind of wish this included the complete CPS I/II/III library. Or close to it. But, it does seem to play those included games very well and the quality of the device is nice. I personally would add my own artwork and include some iconic characters.
Honestly I dont think anything like that has been confirmed. It's really a nicely made unit, and it has like 4gb of nand storage on the chip, which is crazy overkill since each game is like 15-20mb max, so plenty of room to add to it.
Hello, good morning, it is rumored that you are preparing a video to install batocera in the capcom home arcade It's true? If so, from here we support you to do it and subscribe to your channel, thank you
I just got this today and I can not connect to WiFi, I do not have sound when connected to my internal capture card. I need all the help with this thing.
Im so nearly there for purchasing this but the physical size and format is just too much. I already own a sanwa stick, if this was a mini like the Genesis which could use my arcade stick i would be all in, i would pay £100.
Restalgia I had to pay an additional $120 to get it in the country (Yes I ordered from the site) so it cost me I believe about $200 plus $120 so $320 about. I did not know about the $120 till UPS said I owed them $120 before they could deliver it. (Just checked it said import fees)
@@PC_TV_73 no way! That's absolutely brutal. Wow, if thata the case with others, then I dont know that I could recommend people in NA purchase it if they get stuck with an extra $100+ shipping bill
I know it's being worked on. And the device has 4gb of onboard memory, so lots of space for games. If a mod does come out, I'll make a video tutorial :)
@@Restalgia I know you said you'd update us when there's a hack, and that's much appreciated, but you mention it works with the PC, can you please explain how it's connected? Is it capable stock using the additional USB port or is a mod necessary?
Very good honest review and you nailed it. I just wish they would include a online store to add to the games library and update the ui to run a bit faster especially when existing a game. All in all though I do like it and Christmas holiday me and my family had loads of fun with it. Its taken me a bit to get used to the joystick controls as I'm used to a game pad but I'm getting there... Lol.
Yeah im not sure. Before it came out I though they were clear with graphic underlay but the buttons themselves are the graphics. Honestly after having this for a while now, I'm kinda used to the look and really don't mind it at all.
16 games are too little to be considered a valid option the release price quite high as well, if the machine will not be hacked it is not a valid option, considering also the fact that the controller cannot be used on ther devices, too many downsides... if things will not change it will be only a nice ornament
You need to buy a Bluetooth pcb - which still isn't available yet and for who knows how much - open up the back, and install it, then you can only connect it via Bluetooth to a PC or Switch. He fails to mention this and advertises it in the video and description as if it's capable of connecting to a PC out of the box, which is absolutely false. He shouldn't have brought it up in the video or description if he didn't test it out, I find it pretty dishonest.

Did I hear you'll be able to buy games for it in the future? That or some more unlock over time?

@@Restalgia Indeed, makes you wonder if that's their intention, or they want people to mod it.
I would definitely love to own one of these bad boys. So many classics.
$80-$100 I’m in.
$230? Nope!
$399 here in OZ. That's crap, I would like it, but not paying that much.

Its not Capcom it Koch Media that made it, same as the THEC64, it uses the same board inside it... Why not 1943 and Street Fighter Alpha 3...?
i've got it but its sleeping in a cupboard !! ^^ Wait for a hack !!!!
This is badass
Can I plug the usb cable into any North American power brick thingy that phones come with without it shorting out?
Yes absolutely

I want it just for Ghouls n' Ghosts!
It looks nice but it needs to future updates because that price is far too high
I don’t see an option to order it for the US. How are you guys ordering it?
My rep said it can be ordered from here, it ships from the UK. store.capcom-europe.com/capcom-home-arcade/1804/capcom-home-arcade

bought it for 100 euro amazon germany
Has this thing been hacked yet? Ive read up that its using Fbalpha which seems to be a good sign.

@Daisy Wong for less quality. You don't have sanwa parts and ofcourse don't have legit roms.

Its gotta be running on an altered android version of FINAL BURN ALPHA. thats gotta explain the latency issues.
No, it's based on RetroArch and fbalpha core.
I hate that the are still using micro-usb, one of the worst connectors of today.
Its been hacked hasn't it?
Not yet, but I had a nodding group approach me, and ask if I would cover it. So hopefully soon

It is not UK style power adapter, this is continental European style. UK one looks completely different.
was going to say that, uk is safest and best
@@slimofbonar1978 that's hilarious. Check out the Aussie adaptors and see what safe really looks like! Better than UK plugs by far. 😁

Decided not to buy it due to the simplest reason that only SFII Turbo is the only one within The Street Fighter Series excluding the "puzzle" games.
I kinda wish the buttons were in a different color

I do believe It can be used on ps4 as a controller and as the review says a PC.
@@retrostansolo may be there are some ways to do that, still up to now i am not aware of any legit one to do that
It would be really cool if you could split it in half and use either side as an actual stick.
Wondering why they not added CPS3 :/

What a rip off for that price and lack of games. Your better off purchasing a pandoras box for half the cost and 1000+ games
No CPS3, no interest.
