I tell you all something! It’s shows like this one here that makes me enjoy the Era Vulgaris tour more than any other tour in their history! Pretty much any/all performances which were for the most part played in smaller venues and clubs. Shows like that I prefer ‘almost’ anyway over large arenas and stadiums... Espcly most of your festivals which you gotta remember only house so many QOTSA fans since the bill is represented by however many different groups/bands for that particular day. And then there’s only so many that are going to be a sort of rock, metal band etc. That means? Well, if there’s other groups that day that are of the ‘soft touch’ per’se..? You’ll only get so many people in the crowd actually participating in the type of applause n support that’s required in making a band such as Queens feel a proper appreciation which in return give their actual fans who are in attendance a proper rocking out type of show and not instead come up short of a memorable night! Haha... so to make a long story short (too late I know, lol) that’s why for the most part it’s better to see a band like QOTSA play a tour like this in smaller (sometimes thruout the tour...) historic rocking out ‘palace’ type venues such as the Whiskey A-go-go in L.A. etc.

It also explains why people complain about how there is no "good new music". This is why the best band ever is unknown to so many, their ears are closed.🤔

CCDaDon15 yes and I tell ya IMO anyways that track is one of their very best. What’s even cooler about it is that it has two different versions that both jam in their own unique way! Over the yrs though I’ve become more of a fan of the 2nd version than the original 1st one. Amazing how just a lil pickup on the speed made such a difference in how well it jams!
DT24K When you say 2nd version do you mean the Heavy Metal 2000 version. That version is my jam.
