It had apple, carrot, beets, lemon juice, ginger. Delicious. You feel amazing. Beets dilate your blood vessels allowing more oxygen in to improve circulation, heart and brain function, energy etc. ❤

Thank you for this recipe I made it just now. I was a bit skeptical about adding tomato but i did it nonetheless and added some fresh thyme to the mix. Its surprisingly good and refreshing looking forward to receiving the nutrients from the drink and seeing the results in my body😊❤

Dont just juice it up. The pulp is the main nutrition for body health. Do not throw it. Just gulp the pulp in spoons with water and see the difference in your health.

Свекольный пьют свежевыжатый - почитайте Уокера! Пока желудок здоровый, он нормально воспринимает чистый сок. Если уже болит, то сок разбавляют водой - немного. Но свекла - очень сильная! По опыту знаю - убирает старость! А это - старая обвисшая шея ниже подбородка, "с напуском" веки. Сок моркови со свеклой попей хотя бы месяц - увидишь помолодевшее лицо -> как будто жизнь идёт обратно, от 50-ти к 30-ти годам, видно и по лицу, и по талии... Только надо иметь силу воли!!!

@@Jefferson.69 The recommendation was to take the juice for 10 days. But I took it for 3 weeks. I passed blackish sludge the first day and started feeling some relief then. Each day got better. I’d say 2 weeks. But I wasn’t taking any chances so I continued drinking it. And I still drink it every couple of months. I bought a good steel juicer later because beets are probably the hardest veggie to juice. Had a cheap Walmart juicer before made with mostly plastic and ended up burning the motor a month later.

I wouldn't recommend drinking a full glass of beet juice when first starting out. It is very potent, not like other vegetables. It's something you need to ease into to give your body time to adjust. Start with at most half a glass a day. Too much at once can do more harm than good (ie. nausea and diarrhea), so just words of caution. And remember when juicing it is raw and the fibre has been extracted.
@@MM-PraiseHim I wouldn't compare eating a beet whole to juicing a beet. When you eat a beet whole you eat the fibre along with it, this slows it down and eases the effect. Also most people don't eat a beet raw, it is cooked, boiled or pickled. I speak from my own bad reaction to drinking too much beet juice at one time. I ended up vomiting and had diarrhea as my body was trying to expel it from the system. It is very overpowering. Again for juicing purposes please ease into it, increasing the amount only gradually.

It takes a little discipline but, for three days I would drink just this, but I added a touch of apple cider vinegar and some garlic and lemon and lime and grapefruit juice. After three days I fasted for three days. Then began my diet and exercise. All the wile having plenty of water to drink. It didn't make me lose actual weight but after it cleans you out you are no joke 15 pounds lighter. I felt ready for my journey after that. I lost 60lbs and for the most part have been able to keep it off. The holidays are still my crux though.

DON'T peel the vegetables and ginger! There are major nutrients in and just below the skin. When using citrus fruits grate or zest off the rind remove the pith and seeds and include the rind in the mix. I also suggest making a single batch of this on a daily basis instead of storing a bigger quantity in the fridge.
It is ironic that you have to cover yourself with the "consult your doctor first", but totally understandable. I once had a very overweight doctor tell me to lose weight, the advice did not come off the way he might have wanted it to. Thank you for the wonderful recipe. Those colors make my mouth water, it must mean that my body is asking for this. Beats have never been my thing. I will change that this year, starting with your recipe.

I would only add using a masticating juicer and not a blender type. The latter has a tendency to break down the veg/fruit in a way that reduces the vitamins you will get out of them. 👍

Don't discard the nutritious puree in the strainer. Add two tablespoons butter or ghee (clarified butter) into a pan on low medium heat , add the beetroot puree. Cook till the raw smell of beetroot disappears using a large flat spoon. Add sugar or molasses - slightly more than quarter of the puree. Keep mixing until the oil separates. Add half teaspoon of cardamom powder. Mix well and transfer the contents of pan to a greased plate. Let it cool and later cut into desired shapes. You can use this beetroot halwa as a filling in the buns you bake. Kids will have a swipe at both the halwa and buns. Alternatively, add pepper, finely chopped cilantro , salt and yogurt or fresh thick curds to the beetroot puree. Let it set for ten minutes and enjoy. Beetroot is an extremely rich source of fibre, iron etc. It improves haemoglobin count and keeps constipation at bay. By discarding tender cilantro stem we deprive ourselves of vitamin A, C and essential fibre. Use the tender leaves and stem of cilantro to make chutney or for garnishing. Except there was one beet in the drink, and people certainly would eat a beet at a meal.

Свежий сок свеклы нельзя пить, он должен простоять не менее 2 часов . При прохождении химиотерапии у меня катастрофически упал гемоглобин. До 60 единиц .( не помню, в чем его измеряют). Месяц пила сок свеклы и моркови. Подняла до нормы 130.
А что даёт, если он просто постоит 2 часа?
@@ErikaErika свежий сок сильно раздражает желудок. А когда постоит, то эти вещества- раздражители то ли улетучиваются, то ли распадаются...Я точно не помню. Но информация потом ещё пару раз попадалась на глаза. Лучше не рисковать. Как то так.

I would only add using a masticating juicer and not a blender type. The latter has a tendency to break down the veg/fruit in a way that reduces the vitamins you will get out of them. 👍

Don't discard the nutritious puree in the strainer. Add two tablespoons butter or ghee (clarified butter) into a pan on low medium heat , add the beetroot puree. Cook till the raw smell of beetroot disappears using a large flat spoon. Add sugar or molasses - slightly more than quarter of the puree. Keep mixing until the oil separates. Add half teaspoon of cardamom powder. Mix well and transfer the contents of pan to a greased plate. Let it cool and later cut into desired shapes. You can use this beetroot halwa as a filling in the buns you bake. Kids will have a swipe at both the halwa and buns. Alternatively, add pepper, finely chopped cilantro , salt and yogurt or fresh thick curds to the beetroot puree. Let it set for ten minutes and enjoy. Beetroot is an extremely rich source of fibre, iron etc. It improves haemoglobin count and keeps constipation at bay. By discarding tender cilantro stem we deprive ourselves of vitamin A, C and essential fibre. Use the tender leaves and stem of cilantro to make chutney or for garnishing.
