@@Jason-yt5nb yes I have it and let me tell you, you shouldn't use the audio of a compressed youtube video that you blast through your PC speakers to judge an instrument. it doesn't give you a clue about how the instrument feels and sounds in a real room with acoustics. The sound of the Korg B2 is very disappointing, though the lightly weighted keys feel rather nice. The sound of the Yamaha NP-32 and even NP-31 is WAY superior.
This is by far the worst I've heard the Casio sound in all the reviews I've watched. If this was the only time I heard it, I would think it's trash. But on other reviews it sounds pretty much as good as the Yamaha P45, the Roland FP10 and the Korg B2.
@@danieltemelkovski9828 It sounds bad because of the compression the audio recieves. Just think that the sound is coming from speakers which recorded a real piano. Than she records the piano with recordings of a piano. Than youtube compresses changing the audio in some ways.
What?? Of course they 3 don't cost the same price. Korg B2 is more expensive than the P45 and much more than the CDP S100. A far comparison should be with P115 or P125 and CDP 350 or PX S3000.
The sound check is not very useful because of the following: the Yamaha speakers are on the bottom, they rumble on the table and produce a bouncy sound. On the Korg the speakers are on top, they don't bounce off anything and on the Casio the speakers are on the back and the sound is lost as the microphone is on the top. This results in a very full sound on the Yamaha, very flat on the Korg, and totally lost on the Casio.
@@Noisegate Thanks for the response. Ops, that's weirder. The only one that has LINE OUT is the Korg, the other two use the headphone output. I have heard a lot of reviews where they all connect through the line output and the sound is much more similar, even some blind sound tests and you have to have a very fine ear. This is why I thought the sound was miked. It's weird, really weird. Live, you can tell the difference, but not so much, in fact, the sound of the Korg is very full and like it, the one of the Yamaha is good but the speakers fall short, some of the sound comes out of the upper grille and they need to bounce and in the case of the Casio, there are grids that lead the sounds towards the pianist and the rest comes out from behind and if it bounces, the sound improves. I'm still in shock.
Can’t go wrong with the korg b2sp but if it’s too expensive go for the Yamaha as just the keyboard. With korgs sustain pedal being ONLY for korg if you don’t purchase the stand and pedal unit. Korg b2sp >>> Yamaha. Yamaha>> korg b2
Casio CDP's timbre are too artificial and its sustain is so short Yamaha P45 performs much better, but still not on par with the more pricey Casio PX160

I was in to Korg B2 but comon the Yamaha sound better in every aspect much clear, and more authentical !
Madory I think the p45 is a better option if you have your own external speakers, the internal ones are a little bit fuzzy
The sound of the Korg B2 is very disappointing, though the lightly weighted keys feel rather nice. The sound of the Yamaha NP-32 and even NP-31 is WAY superior.
2:39 Korg is 🔥
Which one would be best to learn with a teacher next me
you can opt for Casio CDP-150 since it has duet mode which is quite good for learning with a teacher
Casio sounds like a toy, yamaha good but b2 has better action, louder 3d sound but only great on the organ settings
This is by far the worst I've heard the Casio sound in all the reviews I've watched. If this was the only time I heard it, I would think it's trash. But on other reviews it sounds pretty much as good as the Yamaha P45, the Roland FP10 and the Korg B2.
@@danieltemelkovski9828 yes agree. Casio is not this bad, and this video does not do it justice.
@@danieltemelkovski9828 It sounds bad because of the compression the audio recieves. Just think that the sound is coming from speakers which recorded a real piano. Than she records the piano with recordings of a piano. Than youtube compresses changing the audio in some ways.
If you play them blind folded without knowing what brand your are playing the result of your choice and opinions is different! 😊
Casio s100 Has it waited keys?
here is your answer 3:35
No shitting me, 2:49 korg much better
Queen fan
The show must go on
What?? Of course they 3 don't cost the same price. Korg B2 is more expensive than the P45 and much more than the CDP S100. A far comparison should be with P115 or P125 and CDP 350 or PX S3000.
you're the best
Thanks Alek
The sound check is not very useful because of the following: the Yamaha speakers are on the bottom, they rumble on the table and produce a bouncy sound. On the Korg the speakers are on top, they don't bounce off anything and on the Casio the speakers are on the back and the sound is lost as the microphone is on the top. This results in a very full sound on the Yamaha, very flat on the Korg, and totally lost on the Casio.
Hi Antonio, all the sounds you hear on this video were recorded via the pianos outputs not the speakers
Obrigado
now they both same price , should be no brainer
karukaroo dundee which piano would you recommend for beginners
0Deaths0 p45 or p121
I have some good speakers I can connect the piano to, so ignoring the korg speakers. Which one do you think will be best?
Can’t go wrong with the korg b2sp but if it’s too expensive go for the Yamaha as just the keyboard. With korgs sustain pedal being ONLY for korg if you don’t purchase the stand and pedal unit. Korg b2sp >>> Yamaha. Yamaha>> korg b2
Rockin 💢💗💖
The Casio sounds really bad in this video. In reality it sounds better . ☹️
I have it. in reality sounds just a little bit better than this. and that's why I sold it. lol.
The P45 sounds more authentic and better imo
Casio CDP's timbre are too artificial and its sustain is so short
Yamaha P45 performs much better, but still not on par with the more pricey Casio PX160
Just bought the casio before I received the recommendation for the p45. Tbh, the p45 sounds better 😑
yamaha sounds warmer
No speaker, solo play plis!
SEÑORITA SORRY FOR THIS STUPID GUY
yall are over reacting about the casio yes it sounds muted but thats the default piano sound the bright grand option sounds like the two other
DEFINITIVAMENTE YAMAHA P-45 WIN GANA EL PRIMER LUGAR
i think that the b2 got this one
I am sorry if somebody might get offended by my opinion but here it goes, the Casio one sounds like a toy when compared to the other 2.
And I can't afford any of them 😔
Update: I got it for my B-day! Big thx to my fam that got the money together🙏🏼
Even the cheapest Yamaha sounds better than the most expensive Casio, korg has great organs and strings, pianos are not special, Roland and Kawai are awesome.
@Dan Richardson I have only 5 years of experience in playing classical music but I would definitely go for Roland fp10.
P-45 sounds great. B2 sounds kind of muffled for me.
two turntables and a microphone...
You forgot roland
Casio sounds like a toy
casio just like cat yelling
