Sri Sri Sri Acharya Prabodhananda Yogeeswarlu says,
There exist many people who lost their minds in this world.
We use the word Paithyam if someone's brain isn't working correctly.
If something isn't right in the head, that's called 'Paithyam.'
Their head isn't right, but the rest of their body works properly.
If your body isn't working correctly, that's called 'Saithyam.'
Paithyam is for the head, and Saithyam is for the rest of the body.
Some people have both Paithyam and Saithyam balanced.
Some people have the right mind-set/Paithyam but not healthy body/Saithyam.
Some people have Saithyam/healthy body, but not Paithyam/stable mind-set.
Many kinds of humans exist on this planet.
The person who is failing to perceive the truth,
The person who is against the truth,
That person is out of his mind; he has a Paithyam.
If a person's body is weak and losing control, that's called Saithyam.
Losing control of your body isn't a big issue.
Now the world issue is with the Paithyam/people who lost their minds.
People who lost their minds don't even try to perceive the truth.
They wouldn't grasp the information you're trying to teach them.
