A few years ago I was talking to my mom on the phone and my two schnauzers were madly barking. My mother said What they barking at? I replied A leaf fell off a tree. Always on guard duty.

Schnauzers are totally barky! Mine loved to bark all the time, she had a few different barks- play, stranger danger, noise, to tell her to go play. It was annoying sometimes but I miss it now that she is gone. I love shop with me videos! We are on lockdown again here in Ontario so I am living vicariously through shopping videos to get my fix 😆

I have been a miniature schnauzer big fan for years, but in my country they are rare and pretty expensive i can't afford them. We were watching "UP" on TV and when Dug went "Squirrel!" my schnauzer barked. She was really smart. I had my hands full with just one, I can't imagine having seven at once! That was my Heidi, and I loved her to death!
My little one barks more than our previous one. He’s our little guard dog 😂 every time someone comes to the door he barks, when someone walks past the house he barks, if they have a dog with them he goes nuts 😂

Grant is an older schnauzer. Our 15 and a half year old schnauzer's bathroom routine is just like Grant. It is part of a dog's aging behavior. We are happy to have him yet. Just love your boys!

My mini and my mutt are both barkers, they bark at everything including nothing! When they see a bear that just sends them to another world, lol. Dog life - wouldn't trade it.

Schnauzers bark, they are barkers. My two babies bark when someone walks by our house or if they see a suspicious leaf blowing by, sometimes a suspicious empty grocery bag rolling on the street. I really enjoyed today's video, it was like spending the day with you without leaving my house, lol!
I am amazed at Kitty's nonchalance about being chased or at the barking ... it just does not bother him! I love to see Mr. Grant being part of the pack and your decision to let him come and go from the crate has made it easier. Love your videos, thank you for posting.
Omg, I had to laugh when Grant tries to sneak back in the room because my dog does the same thing.. I think they got a stubborn streak as they get older. thanks for all your videos I really do enjoy watching them.
Our schnauzers barked 24/7! It wasn't incessant, they actually always had a reason. A leaf may have fallen, a bird may have flown by, they may have heard a person walk by outside, etc. And they howled in unison constantly. I miss all their cute noises💞

I couldn't talk about her passing(my baby)I'd stop my friend and say I can't go there and I'd start to cry and say I can't picture my life without her. She was all I had!! I am so sorry for your loss of your beloved fur baby. I know how you feel, some of my fur babies are gone now for over 15 years and not one day goes by when I do not think of them. Sometimes I still cry into my pillow because I miss them sooo much and their antics and barking. Time dulls the pain but it does never go away.🐾🐾🐾

My little buddy did not bark much, he talked more. He knew how to ask for things.He was one very smart dog. Have another mini two houses away, and they used to talk to each other, then we would walk them together.

Our Abi had one removed last year. (Fatty bump). She also barks at birds, squirrels, people walking down the street and almost everything that moves suddenly!
Just found your channel and you are living my dream life! I've had mini schnauzers my whole life and currently have a 14 year old female and 7 month old felmale. Both are black. You can never have enough schnauzers in my book!

I love your barking boys. My Schnauzer is very vocal also. He is usually music to my ears when he barks. I sure love him; I love watching your videos of your boys.
My mothers husband insisted on never missing one bark or peep my schnauzer made. He was never that loud he just relished the idea of complaining about anything I cared about. Some people are incapable of enjoying a wonderful blessing of a schnauzer. They are wonderful animals.

Franklin used to bark a lot are house too quiet we miss him so much
It got out of hand when my schnauzer got older his barking got much worse. Felt bad for my neighbors. He lived to be 13. And, he had gotten kidney cancer. Didn’t want him to suffer so we had to let him go. However, he had a great life.
It’s great that you have a cat for the dogs because you know I just can’t help themselves they have to chase they cat. It’s in their nature. I know I had a miniature schnauzer Who loved to chase cats and he was not a barker.

Ohhh yeah, both my boys bark! The schnauzer bark is quite distinctive. Living in the city we got the blinds that drop down from the top so the boys can't see people walking by the building...now when they hear the door close, the entire building knows some one is there. LOL
OMG, I can’t help but notice all the matching beds in your front room for the doggos. I so love that! Didn’t see one for the cat LOL

Love these little schnauzers
This was the funniest video. We have only two barkers, (cats, birds, car coming down drive, neighbor dogs and when we say the name Justin or Brady and when ever they feel like it) Our 12 yr old was overweight and when he lost weight he was left with a big fatty spot on his side and on each side of of his tail which makes his butt look like a po-dunk butt.. LOL BTW when we only had one a lot of people commented on how quiet he was.. UNTIL Jasper came they now bark for anything to help each other. :-) It is called Patience.. I have it but believe me I live with one that doesn't.. :-) Be proud of your Patience you deserve a pat on the back for it. Your Myers is like our Wal Mart.. But we have to drive 30 min to any store.. (we live on a ranch in the rural area)

That is for sure. Someone rang my doorbell two weeks ago, but I couldn't tell who it was. So, I didn't answer. He waited a minute or two and then rang it again. Meanwhile, my 2 Schnauzers were barking their faces off. I wanted to open the door and ask if he really thought his second attempt was necessary😆

It's worth noting though that Standards and Giants typically bark much less, but, as guarding breeds, they will definitely warn you when someone's at the door and they're LOUD! Speaking as someone who has a standard and previously a mini. But my family's old mini was just as vocal when we got home!
