- Weight loss update, weigh in coming tomorrow..I apologize for the quality, and such. Also I know I look away from the camera a lot, that's part of self confidence I need to work on. Loving yourself is a multi step process, and I am doing my best to do that every day.
Bro you're not young, you're not old, you're amazing!
Don’t you give up
I found you from your comment on one of brentlyg’s shorts. This was a great video
Wow, such dedication! You're an inspiration
Thank you so much!
I'm proud of you. You have given me my drive to stick to the plan. Thank you and keep pushing. You are now a new friend to me.
Actually you lost tons of weight so whatever you’re doing is working so keep it up
I meal prep and usually consume around 1300 to 1500 calories a day. Lots of protein, try to limit carbs but on a budget I tend to stick with rice as a base since its cheap and filling. Thank you for the encouragement.
nice job good luck
Hi David I found you because of Money Mom channel. She told us to support you. God bless you all. I have struggled with weight for most of my adult life. My addiction to food started when I was a kid but because of being active the weight didn’t pile on. As I got into lazy ways it caught up with me. Having back issues losing weight triggers my back to go out . I also have heart issues (since I was a kid) as an adult it has caught up with me. I try hard to some the stupid eating but sometimes my emotions get the better of me.
Thank you for sharing and being so raw. We need to see that more from people, being real and not fake. God bless you David.
Nothing wrong with putting something out there to ask for help, and the people who hear the call may very well become your friends.
Brother, a mistake doesn’t have to be permanent - especially in matters of weight loss. It’s 100% reversible. I turned 37 a couple of weeks ago and need to get my weight down by 40-50lbs after letting it creep back on while working overseas this past year. I’ve done bigger weight losses in the past, so despite the negative thoughts and long road ahead, we all got to make a start - even if it’s a re-start. I’ll come back and visit this channel to seek ongoing inspiration while holding you and I accountable. So keep making progress, keep posting, and don’t let either of us down. You can do it, and you’ll get nothing but support from myself and shall we say the ‘gym community’.
youre killing it buddy. just remember its a process. ups and downs, wins n losses. but you got this
Love you Dave keep going
I am here because Dawn at Centsible living with money mom recommended you. I am subscribing because you are an inspiration.
Food addiction is the hardest addiction to overcome. We HAVE to eat everyday, its not something we can cut our lives, its something we changes us in so many ways. Be proud of your recognition to make change.
This is what people don’t understand.
It’s like making an alcoholic live in a pub and telling him that he can only had half a pint of beer a day.
I would say food is harder to give up than any other drug solely because we can’t abstain from it.
You look so much better than Nikocado I thought he was only 315. And Im turning 36 next month. Im dieting as well with Mynetdiary. Im wondering if you should honestly go on a huge fast where you eat nothing but 4 oz of grilled chicken, a little bit of fruit, and some vitamins. Literally like 300-400 calories a day. You need to go on a huge deficit. You could just walk as well.
Im 180 pounds and even Im 19% bodyfat and finding it hard to get these last few pounds of fat off even only eating 2,100 calories a day and working out heavy 4x a week. But Im here for you bro we can do this together.
Like I said you should eat a bit of lean protein and fruit one day one meal, lean protein and vegetables the other day and lean protein, about 400-500 calories a day, then 1-2 days a week eat about 1,200 calories a day with carbs. I think that would work amazingly for you
I've thought about incorporating a day of fasting into my routine. But chicken is mostly all I eat right now since it's high in protein. Of course I make sure to get my vegetables as well. Thank you for the kind words.
that's just a setup for a binge. Do not do that.
@@vuriqus I actually managed to do the fast and didn't feel hungry the entire time for some reason. I was kinda more tired than usual, but didn't binge eat after. Not sure if I'll do it every week though.
