I never really had a weight issue but everything you are going through resonates so much with my battles with smoking. Even though quitting smoking is much easier than what your doing. You are truly inspiring - don't let slips and setbacks stop you - very best regards from Ireland
Count not the times you fall count the times you stand up again. You will get there we belive in you.
Hello, just came from TJ.
Where you been, man? We miss you!
Sad to see you put a pause on the videos, just found your channel. But I totally get it. I just wanted to say you have come a long way just from watching your videos you can tell. I am heavy as well so I do get that the struggle is real, cause I’m losing weight too and your videos are keeping me motivated to keep going. I’m proud of you for how far you have come so far and continue to go, for also taking the time and effort to post these videos. Wish you nothing but the best and hope you post occasional updates! Good luck and hope you are well
Hey man I just stumbled upon you. It seems like those Saturday videos didn't materialize...Hope you're well. I'm also a huge Metallica fan. I feel like AJFA was their best album.
Where did you go Dave
@@Rusty2255-i6c Ill be on tomorrow
TJ's video got pushed to me and brought me here. We're all pulling for you. You can do it, brother.
Hey saw a video covering your situation, i just wanna wish you good luck! Stay strong!
Your progress is a great testament to your power of will. Keep going!
Hey dude, i was 20 years overweight and last year i get my ass up. From 180kg to 113,5kg this morning. Can´t train with you as i am from germany, but if you need someone to talk to, reach out to me.
Such a good idea to stay fit and motivated, you got this man 💪
Keep on the grind man you aren't alone
More good days than bad, more good meals than bad--it all adds up. Peace.
Don't give up, your hair is amazing, you cant give up with a lions mane that amazing!
Hey man, I just found your channel and subscribed. I’m also on a weight loss journey-my third time, actually. I’ve already managed to lose 20kg of fat, but I still need to drop at least another 20kg to get my BMI into the normal range. I've struggled with weight my entire life. My whole family is overweight, and I’ve tried just about everything. It wasn’t until I stopped following the advice of most doctors and experts and started listening to my own body and mind that I found something that actually worked for me. Here’s what worked for me, and maybe it can help you too: The first thing I had to accept was that I have an addiction. I don’t eat because I’m hungry-I eat because I love food. I can be completely full, yet still find room for something I like. It’s an addiction, and I had to treat it as such. The key was shifting my mindset to see food as fuel, not pleasure. I began choosing food for its nutritional value and cost, rather than its taste. I treated eating like taking medicine-just something I had to do. This change took time, and I failed many times, but the key was to dust myself off and keep going. Since food was now just fuel, I created a meal plan and stuck to it every day. This made everything much simpler-no calorie counting, no guesswork, and it was easier to track my progress. If my weight stopped dropping, I’d adjust the meal plan and repeat. You will feel hungry. No amount of fiber or anything else nutritionists suggest will completely eliminate your hunger. But that’s not real hunger; it’s just the addiction talking. You have to get used to the sensation of hunger, and the good news is, it gets easier over time. Don’t worry too much about calorie counting in the beginning. Find a meal plan that works, stick to it, and monitor your weight. If the weight loss stalls, adjust the plan. I actually found it fun to optimize my meal plan by finding better alternatives, but that comes later. Exercise is great for your health, but it doesn’t contribute much to weight loss. We’re not athletes-our bodies aren’t ready to burn a lot of calories through exercise, and it’s easy to eat back what we lose. For example, after exercising, I noticed my hunger would skyrocket, making the rest of my day harder. Don’t be afraid of going very low on calories. I started at 1800 a day, but eventually went below 1000. Most advice from doctors and nutritionists on this is nonsense. We’re obese, we have enough energy stored for months-eating less won’t kill us, but being fat already is. Our ancestors would go days without eating until they hunted down something like a mammoth. Our bodies were built for that, not for having food available all the time. I took vitamins and tried to get as much protein as possible, and that was it. Willpower is key. I feel like I wake up every day with a full bar of willpower, and each time I resist temptation, I spend a little of that reserve. It’s best to conserve it whenever possible. For example, if you’re feeling really hungry, distract yourself with something relaxing (watching TV, playing games, etc.). The good news is, you can train this. I noticed that the more I resisted temptation, the stronger my willpower reserve became. Anyway, sorry for the long message, but I hope this was helpful. I wish you the best of luck!
I know how it feels man. I’ve lost a lot of weight myself, and it’s really hard not to relapse. I remember when I’d just binge eat a whole bunch of food and beat myself up about it, but all that did was hurt me. It’s okay for mess up, but never give up. I’ll be cheering for you man.
Man, just saw your story on Chillin with TJ. Like to see what you're doin' and working on yourself - just keep it going! 👌🏻 And dropping the "carnivore" thing here... Maybe you'd be interested in that journey, and maybe it helps. There are a lot of good channels here on the Tube.
Ayo! Found your channel through TJ. Glad to see you're doing alright. Keep doin what you're doin man! 🙌
i'm also kind of overweight and have nerve pain in my back. it sucks when the thing you're trying to change is making it harder to change it!

Honestly I just want to see you happy man as someone that's also struggling with weight it can be awful just hope your able to be happy
Dude you are doing great, remember not to push yourself top hard, the best way to loose weight is consistency, so walk enough to feel satisfied but still able to walk tomorrow without pain, and with time you'll walk more and more, getting fitter and happier, congrats on̈ loosing so much weight, it took me 3 years to loose 37 kgs, keep going at it king
Hey man, Just found you trough another youtuber. I'm glad you are still fighting for your life. The weightloss journey is a hard one, but goddamn! the payoff is so worth it. Never give up dude!
Thank you sharing your story. You are so right that it is totally overwhelming. I have been fighting the weight struggle since 8 yrs old, currently 53. And have lost and gained the same pounds too many times to remember. I gave up so many times. You are awesome for holding yourself accountable. That is an important key to success. Those old habits are HARD to break. Keep fighting back and strive for what you want out of life. I'm out here scrolling because food is trying to seduce me into their tempting grasp of hollow joy, and wretched obsession. I am not alone in this journey..... Thank you , Dave. I am so sorry you are struggling, but so thankful I am not alone. 35lbs down, 75lb to go
I don't know you but I am proud of you. You are also loved. Ups and downs are hard but I believe in you.
Hey Dave, you’re putting in more work than most people by getting back up after slipping. Good job man. Keep it up
Brother, a mistake doesn’t have to be permanent - especially in matters of weight loss. It’s 100% reversible. I turned 37 a couple of weeks ago and need to get my weight down by 40-50lbs after letting it creep back on while working overseas this past year. I’ve done bigger weight losses in the past, so despite the negative thoughts and long road ahead, we all got to make a start - even if it’s a re-start. I’ll come back and visit this channel to seek ongoing inspiration while holding you and I accountable. So keep making progress, keep posting, and don’t let either of us down. You can do it, and you’ll get nothing but support from myself and shall we say the ‘gym community’.
Hey still having issues

Keep going man... I lost close to 100 lbs and had plenty of setbacks... I'd feel guilty, I'd embrace the emotion and remember you can only change what is in front of you and I'd get back on track. You can do this.
