Hi. I really enjoy your vagus nerve yoga practices and would love to do this one; however, the audio on it is very soft -- even with the volume at maximum and through my auxillary speaker, I can't hear it well enough to complete the practice. On other videos of yours the audio is fine. (I especially was interested in this one because it is 30 minutes and not quite the time commitment of the 90 minute videos.) Thanks and I'll check back in a few days to see if the audio is any better.
Any tips on if you can't really get through the first part! My body didn't want to breathe and move and express it wanted to curl forward breathe out and stay there. Didn't feel good
