what is the difference between powerchute business edition and powerchute network shutdown?

powerchute network shutdown, as far as I understand, requires a network card installed in the APC device, about $350

Oh- sorry about that! For our Back-UPS you need Powerchute Personal Edition. The version in the video is Business Edition, so I thought you were asking which version was used in that video.
