I'm really sorry for disappearing from all of my social media for such a long time, this month was a difficult one for me! I actually wanted to get this video out much earlier, but then the exams were like "lol nope"
I'm not happy with how the song itself came out (tried to go for a more videogamey vibe but it ended up sounding about as pleasant as sandpaper; forgot how difficult it is to mix Gumi, too!), consider this one a failed experiment hahah
Also I'm sorry if the editing is a bit too spastic in some parts! For some reason the timing was very hard to pin down on this one. Though I still hope it looks okay!
Honestly KT deserves better - this isn't the only song I have planned for her, so I'll try to do better next time!
I'm thinking of taking a little break, since I've been unhappy with the quality of my music for a rather long time and I want to improve on that before continuing the series. Don't worry, it's not going to be a huge hiatus - I just need a small breather!

Dima's mutation seems under control, and he looks like a normal human. He can live a very normal life, but seems reluctant to.
KT has noticeable marks on her arms and seems to require a lot of food due to her mutation. She is very conspicuous, but despite this, really wants to make friends with others.
This irony pains me.
yeah, and dima gets a happy ending despite the painful and dark music video, while katya has a hopeful upbeat one yet gets recaptured :(

The saddest thing about Katya and Dmitry relation, is that they both got what they didn't want and never expected. Dmitry got the life he didn't even dare to dream of. Katya got the last thing she wanted and didn't believe in. Ffs Ferry let those kids get some rest and normal life I love them too much T-T
So far it looks like the difference between Katya and Dimitri's fates literally just comes down to that her mutation was more conspicuous than Dimitri's, *and that makes me so mad.*

KT's official guide to coolness- Beginning: She's noticeably concerned with Dmirty's emotions, despite him being treated incredibly & her (likely) far worse treatment forcing her to stay happy. Only leaves him because of his more pessimistic views of society.
KT's official guide to coolness- Ending: Tries to keep Yura from knowing more about his mutation to keep him from worrying. Tried to convince herself to stop her mutation from attacking everyone, even though she knew in a situation like that, it would be nearly impossible to do so swiftly enough. Due to the events of End KT's official guide to coolness & End Parties are for Losers, she becomes more pessimistic of the world & herself.
Well, that was a long way to describe the slow move to depression on our little child.
Actually, I think at the end of False Disposition he leaves to try to free KT from the organization, hence why the last words of that song are "Don't leave me behind, cool guy." Though that's just my interpretation.

Everyone looked more emotional than before, Sanya looked so sad and scared, Sergei looked more like he was really trying to protect his sister and is in shock of the whole situation, whereas in PAFL he looked like this cold bodyguard of Sanya's, Yura looks petrified like in PAFL but in a different angle!

I got whiplash from going from the goofy vibe of Punch it Punk to the pain Katya has suffered and is continuing to feel. I’m not sure what room that window led to but I hope it was the bathroom to make that “friend making time” picture canon.

I really don't see how you can think the sound is "Ugly", it sounds fantastic to me, sure it could be better, but that can be said about literally anything in existence.

Но ей тяжело контролировать свои силы, когда она больше не в силах сдерживать голод, происходит "мясо". Сразу же после ее увозят обратно в учреждение. Вообще все происходит от лица КТ, и в конце она говорит, что эта песня ее прощание со всеми, так как на волю ей больше не попасть. Немного корявое вышло объяснение, если что, под одной из песен вселенной pafl должна быть ссылка на документ, где описан сюжет всех песен.

Something I just noticed and that broke my heart was that in the ending scenes we can see her tied in bed with the numbers (count to ten let's go to happy place, from the beginning of the song) as they are experimenting on her but while she's counting she also sees yura and sanya because they are her happy place.
I just got into PAFL but I'm obsessed with this song, and with Katya. She is precious and I would protect her with my life.

Интересные персонажи, необычный сюжет с чем то паранормальным и музыка добавляющая эмоциональности. В какой то момент я начала загонятся по поводу того что совсем не могу собрать аудиторию, да и погрешности в артах которые я пытаюсь исправить совсем не получаются. Даже залезла в артблок на пол года, и смотрела твои видео с какой то завистью. Okay, bit late to the theory party I know. And additionally for new people watching my notes have spoilers from a Comfort Zone.
Okay so something that struck out to me is the Dima took KT with him even though he was likely still under the heavy superiority complex the institute instilled in him. Almost like as he now realized he was disposable he now felt a connection (albeit brief as they break off) to another "disposable" mutant. He tries to guide her but their clashing mentalities about the world cause their separation.
What I noticed about the word play is KT asks Dima if he is afraid of pain as the reason for his self isolation path. This seems to heavily effect him as they separate right after. My theory is that this is a jab (whether on purpose or accident by KT) at the fact Dima's position at the institute was one of dealing pain to other mutants for sake of experiment. He was not the one on the receiving end as he was a valuable subject. Therefore, he would be less experienced at feeling pain (beyond his migraines). Since Dima's reality had just shattered and he realized he was disposable just like the other mutants, this comment may have evoked some feelings of guilt or indignance at the notion. And this may have started a series of self reflections that led to the actions of Punch it Punk.
But hey, that's just my take on it, and thanks if you read this far.
